Answer: Traitors. Daaroods and the Hawiye subclans of Habr Gedir relations from the middle/north regions of Bari and Mudug and Galgadud. Also small little clans in the South who think anything is better than mainstream Hawiye lawlessness.

Have they forgotten that this is the first time Ethiopian troops ever set foot on free Somali territory? Do they know the historic significance of this?

Ethiopia has been in Mudug Hiiraan, Bakool, Gedo, Galgaduud etc before. They always go into the border regions but nobody cared before.
