Many people may not know it but this exceptional beautiful,exotic area is one of the richest places in the horn of Africa.The area is very rich in many kinds of precious minerals,plenty of fish,wild animals,numerous streams flowing all year round.Meanwhile,oil exploration in the area by a number of oil companies was quite promising.This area has the potentiality for fisheries,animal husbandary,mining,tourism and agriculture.Needless to say the place has beautiful sandy beaches and natural harbors.All the Governments both in the present and the past chose not to develop this womderful area.Therefore,the time is ripe for the indigenous/Aboriginal people of the area to develop the Lughaya region by themselves.Remember the people inhabiting the ancient "Adel" empire land enjoy a long histoty of civic-mindedness.Meaning they are capable for developing their homeland by themselves period! |
