WE, MUSLEMS, MUST KNOW THAT ISLAM IS NOT SOMETHING WHICH TO BE PRACTICED FOR ONLY HEREAFTER, BUT IT IS OUR CENTRAL ISTITUTION. IT IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM ANY OTHER INSTITUTIONS WHICH THE POWERFUL ONES, LIKE LEADERS, USE TO SOCIALIZE THEIR SOCIETIES IN THEIR OWN PROPER WAYS.
BECAUSE ISLAM IS THE WORDS OF GOD(ALLAH) WHO IS THE MOST POWERFUL. IT IS REVEALED TO BE OUR GUIDENESS OF EVERY ASPECT OF OUR LIFE. IT TELLS US EVERYTHING, HOW TO THINK, WORSHIP, PRAY, LIVE, BEHAVE, QUESTION, ANSWER, COMMERCE, JUDGE, PREACH, MARRY, TRAVEL, BRING UP, SLEEP, EAT, AND WHATEVER COULD BE EXIST. EVEN IT TEACHES US HOW TO USE BATHROOMS STEP BY STEP, LIKE ENTERING IN WHICH WE SAY SPECIFIC PRAYERS, SITTING IN WHICH WE SIT AND LEAN ON THE LEFTSIDE OF THE BUTTOCKS WHILE USING LEFT HANDS FOR PURIFYING.
THUS, WE NEED TO HAVE ISLAM AND APPLY FOR EVERY ASPECT OF OUR SOCIAL LIFE, AND IT IS THE ONLY WAY WE CAN HAVE POWER, PRIVILEGE, AND PRESTIGE IN THIS WORLD. NOT ONLY IS IT THAT, ALSO IT IS THE WEIGHT OF OUR REWARDS IN HEREAFTER(AFTER DEATH).
UNFORTUNATELY, INSTEAD OF TAKING THAT OPPORTUNITIES BY LEARNING THE ISLAM, SOME PEOPLE LOSE THEIR TIME TO ARGUE BASELESS THINGS WHICH ARE ACCORDING TO THEIR THINKING ABOUT ISLAM IN THIS "SOMALNET'S FORUM: ISLAM(RELIGION)" |

Well, Mad Mac, I can see a contradictory soul. Freedom and 'being allowed'(by who I wonder?) is sort of north south pole. Your one man's x is another man's y excludes the common denominator concept of our Islamic philosophy. No wonder you cant grasp Aaden,s fine point. |

Sahib, I was able to grasp his point just fine. And this is what it boiled down to. Everyone should be spending all of his non-laboring energy studying Islam and becoming a better person. Give me a break. There is more to life than reading the Qur'an, the Hadith and praying. At least I sure as hell hope there is. Islam is not the Alpha and the Omega. Even Allah in the Qur'an allows some earthly pleasures. If he didn't think people should do anything but worship him he would have said so. |

Is freedom ' being allowed to waste your time' = does that make sense to you.
in fact, when I am a muslim it meant my soul is muslim. we do not worship for the Quran and the hadiths but live in. and there the difference Btw living by the quran and worshiping for it.
that is why we need to learn it then be able to apply into our daily life.
being religious is not boring quite honest with you. may be some poeple will not describe a religious person by look, but i will tell you being a religious conscince is very important. |

Submit your soul to Allah from A to Z period. Accept Islam as guidance and religon and follow it in all aspects of life from A to Z. "UDKHULUU FI SILMI KAAFAH" The person that's getting married needs to know enough knowledge so that he won't get into stuff that's forbidden in Islam, same to the business man, he should take time to study what needs to be stayed away and same to us, students need enought knowledge so that they just don't follow the devils imitation (as most of them are here on somalinet) and same to you, the fun that you're looking is in the books of Allah, believe me, if you sit with Saxabah and taabiciin everyday (meaning reading their books/grasping their knowledge) and be real friend with the Quran and Ahadith, you'll have lots of fun and never be misguided, |
