Waal walaalo dantaada iyo wixii Aakhiradaada wanaajin lahaa kuu tilmaamaya. Wednesday 20 December 2000 Ramadan Letter from the Mujahideen to the Muslims of the World O Muslims of the World - Don't Forget Our Rights Upon You During the Last Ten Nights of Ramadan O Muslims, Oh people of the Taraweeh and Qiyaam-ul-layl prayers, O Imams of Makkah, Madinah, and all the other houses of Allah... If a Muslim has the right upon his fellow Muslim that he supplicates for him in his absence, then we have a huge right upon all of you. For we surely feel and see the effects of your supplications for us, in every step we take, in every operation we execute, and in every battle we wage against the Russians. And we strongly plea with you and urge that you continue to pray to Allah during these last ten nights of Ramadan, asking Him, begging Him to grant us perseverance, determination and victory. Our conditions are presently extremely severe, the temperatures are so bitterly low, that we sometimes feel the cold is crushing our bones. And although the enemy is broken, it is still a stubborn beast, gasping for its last breath, but continuing to throw its weight and might around, killing and destroying everything and everyone standing in its path. Our arms are nothing when compared to theirs and our money is but a tiny fraction of the material wealth they possess. But, our belief in the Divine Help of Allah, and our dependence upon Him is greater than either of these. And coupled with this belief, is the strength of your supplications, prayers and your never-ending support. Insha-Allah we will not give in, and we will persevere until Allah Grants us victory. We supplicate for all of you and for everyone else who gives anything in the Path of Allah - we ask Allah to accept him/her as a Mujahid. So similarly, we ask you not to forget us in your prayers. Raise your hands up high, and charge towards your Lord with a sincere supplication, asking Him to bestow victory upon us, and all the other Mujahideen fighting in His Path across the world. Your Mujahideen Brothers in Chechnya Go to Top Saturday 16 December 2000 Ramadan - The Month of Escalation The Mujahideen have kept to their promise to increase their operations during the month of Ramadan. As a result, Russian forces have suffered major losses recently, especially in Grozny. An average of seven vehicles laden with ammunition and/or soldiers have been destroyed on a daily basis since the month started. Most of these vehicles are either soldier transport vehicles (KAMAZ, KAZ66, URAL) or armoured vehicles (BMP and BTR). The Mujahideen carry out most of these attacks using unexploded Russian missiles, which they have modified, either firing them or using them as landmines. They have also carried out many lighting executions in the streets and markets using nothing more than their pistols. The targets of these executions have been Russian officers and soldiers, as well as Chechen traitors who support and gather intelligence for the enemy. Russia Lies to Save Face Russia continues to lie and fabricate stories about the Chechen war, in another effort to save face and avoid international humiliation. The latest such tale, recently announced in the Russian media and later repeated by the western media, claims that Russian forces have killed scores of Mujahideen in various locations within Chechnya. The reports claim that 15 Mujahideen were killed in Mesker-Yurt, and another four in Sergen-Yurt. The Mujahideen Military Command Council has flatly denied these reports, pointing out that Mujahideen formations do not even exist in these two locations. And as for individuals, they say, no one has been injured, let alone killed. A council spokesman confirmed that the reports are merely new lies from the Russian government, which is trying to boost the destroyed morale of its troops and fool the world too. Elsewhere in Chechnya A Mujahideen unit attacked a Russian mountain post on the border with Vedeno, killing one Russian soldier and wounding others. Another Russian soldier was killed in the Khes-Yurt district of Dagestan, whilst a third one was executed on the Chechen-Dagestan border. Three More Traitors Executed The Mujahideen executed the private bodyguard of the traitor, Mufti Ahmed Kadirov, in Besh-Yurt, whilst another traitor was also executed in Argun. During a third execution, a Russian unit arrived on the scene to rescue the traitor, but the Mujahideen were too quick for them, and responded by destroying a BTR, killing some of its occupants. Chechnya Turned into Looting Grounds for Russians The Russian government and its soldiers have turned Chechnya into a looting ground. The government has specialized in stealing the oil, natural gas, and all the other valuable resources belonging to Chechnya, whilst the soldiers loot civilian homes, stealing everything from television sets to beds to doors and windows. The sight of Russian trucks laden with these goods, crossing the border back to Russia, has become a common one. War is Deception – Russians Attack Each Other By Allah’s Grace, the Mujahideen successfully executed a plan, which resulted in two Russian units fighting each other. A Mujahideen unit ambushed an interior ministry convoy while it was travelling between Argun and Mesker-Yurt. The Mujahideen carried out this attack from a confusing direction, where another Russian unit was located. The Mujahideen then pretended to be Russian intelligence and communicated with the ambushed unit, instructing them to fire in the direction of the other Russian unit. A battle broke out between the comrades, resulting in the deaths of 15 Russian soldiers and the destruction of two armoured vehicles. Grozny Explodes With Operations By Allah's Grace the Mujahideen in Grozny executed a number of operations in the city, over the past two days: The Mujahideen successfully destroyed two URAL transport vehicles in a Grozny suburb, killing and wounding a large number of Russian soldiers. In another suburb, the Mujahideen destroyed a KAZ66 transport vehicle, killing all of its occupants. The unit of commander Noor-U-Deen destroyed a Russian transport vehicle full of ammunition and soldiers, as it passed by one of their locations. Another Mujahideen unit ambushed a Russian convoy, destroying two armoured vehicles. After all these attacks, the Russians officially admitted to losing only five soldiers, saying that another six were wounded, and claiming that only one vehicle was destroyed. Meanwhile in Yarmlovka, a Mujahideen unit destroyed a BMP, killing four of its occupants and wounding three, whilst in Argun another BMP and a UZAK (Jeep) were destroyed resulting in an undetermined number of casualties. |
