Assalamu Alaykum Brothers and Sisters

We have concluded the best days of the year with prayers and remembrabce of Allah SWT. The ten nights of dhil hijjah, and the grand day of Carafa.

A small planet suspended in a vast void of stars and planets, covered with a thin layer of gas rotating on a skewed axis around a small star in the milky way is our home. coming down through the clouds, we see the blue planet, inhabited by mankind, coming down further. Beneath it all we are born, we live and we will die and we will be resurrected back alive.
we land in a barren land, and continue to a hilly coastal town that is housing the larfest gathering of worshippers in the world at any spot on this plant.

The believers circumvent the Kaaba, just like plants swirl around stars, and they run between two hills just like a pendulum creating a harmonic motion of natural beauty, men, women, children, adults, blacks, whites, yellow, and others, all responding to the eternal call of Ibrahim, like bees around a bee hive. All of them wearing simple garments of a common uniform

Arafa was a gathering of mankind, coming from all over the world to respond to the call of Ibrahim.

.... And there will be another gathering, that in the day of judgment.

Those who heeded the advice of Ibrahim, Musa, Ciisaa..... and Muhammad SCWS, and respondd to the call expect to be safe in the next gathering.

What was the wisdom of Hajj???

It all began with this man who sought truth amidst rubbles of falshood.

One night he sat out to ponder about the purpose of life, like we all do. His eyes caught a star, he gazed at it until it vanished from the hoizon, IBrahim said, I do not like things that fall.

He gazed at the sun, and the moon, just to see the same result. At that point Ibrahim declared Tawheed, saying:

I turn my face to he who created me, and I am not one who ascribe partners with Him, he faced Allah (like we do today in salah to MAKKAH where Ibrahim and Ismail laid the foundations )

This man, had a job to do, he was still young lad, so his first test came when he confronted falshood in the form of idols.

He demolished them to the dismay of his people.

He was threatened that the false gods will curse him. He responded, why should I fear your gods, whilst you are not afraid that you committed grand sin by ascribing partners with Allah.

Ibrahim was caught, the public was invited to see the fate of a man who demolished the gods. It was probably a nice day, for the viewers, but a huge blazing fire was awaiting Ibrahim,

The last thing the public saw was Ibrahim being thrown in the fire. And a chapter ended.

The man did not die, he was granted life, much longer than those who watched him fall in the fire.

He passed that test.

He preached the message of Allah, Lut fallowed him, and was sent to guide the people of Sodom and Gommorrah. They denied and continued their deviant laifestyle. I

Ibrahim AS, was tested further, no children. He accepted it. But the angels on a mission to destroy Sodom, had just passed his house and gave good news of a baby. and the bad news for Sodom.

When his wife Hager got pregnant, as she was the second wife, Sarah, his first wife felt bitter, and Allah ordered Ibrahim to take the mother and child (ismail) to the holy land. and was instructed to leave them there with Jurhum tribe.

waiting for a child for 90 years, and then when granted leaving him in a barren land is no easy test.

Again Ibrahim, passed the test.

Hager, mother of Ismail, runs forth and back between two hills looking for water, for her baby, only after she was despaired to find water gushing beneath the baby's feet.

Years later, the kind father came back to see his son and wife, he became fond of him, Allah introduced yet another test to see Who ibrahim really loves. Allah asked Ibrahim to slaughter Ismail. his saw this dream endlessly many nights.

He confronted Ismail with his decision. Ismail, an example for muslim youth, accepted it with patience. Ibrahim fulfilled the order, and Allah saved Ibrahim with a lamb.

On his way to slaughter his son, Satan tried to intervene, repeatedly,to stop killing his son, and each time, Ibrahim would throw a stone at satan, and going to do what he was ardered to do.

Ibrahim, erects the Kaaba with Ismail, supplicating to Allah, to make this place a place where hearts will be attached to forever. and requested fruits and foods for the dwellers of this region who are believers. He further requested to make his offspring leaders for mankind.

Ibrahim passed all the tests with flying colors, and his request was granted with exceptions:

1. Fruits and foods will be granted to everybody who lives in these barren lands regardless of their faith. ( oranges are probably cheaper in Makkah than Florida)

2. Leadreship of his progeny for mankind would be limited to the pious only and not to the eveil doers.

Allah made Ibrahim his friend.

Allah honored Hagar who accepted to obey her husband to make mankind follow her footprints walking between Safaa and Marwa hills.

Allah honored Ismail's acceptance to obey his father by a grandson who will become the light of mankind, Muxammad SCWS, also a Ibrahim was honored by making Muhammad SCWS a leader of mankind.

Allah says:

"Do people think that they will be left alone when they say we believe , without a test?"

"We have indeed tested those before you, so Allah will know who are sincere and those who are not telling falshood"

I think you just committed an obscene crime by spending huge amounts of money in rich Saudi Arabia while Somali mothers, their breasts empty and shrivelled, sleep hungry in their exposed tents helplessly watching their malnourished babies agonisingly and slowly expiring beside them.

I thought this little touristic outing of yours was supposed to be undertaken by those .."God gave the ways and means..".

He most certainly have been extremely stingy with the Somali race.

Don't worry saxib, I have no ill feelings or thoughts about why you didn't contact me. Everything is destined including our visits to here. You can't immagine how many times I promised to myself never to show up. Everything is okey alxamdullillaah. I was thinking about coming to London in the Summer if I can to see my grandma and aunt. If you are there that will be fine we will see each other, and if you are not, that will also be fine because there is always another chance of meeting. We can hope as long as we live.

I agree with you most of the time, but in this case I think you're getting carried awway. Life can't always be big issues and heart surgery. There have to be things that bring us pleasure in life. If Nurs trip was fullfilling and brought him some sort of inner peace, then I see no harm in that. This is not the summation of his life. I'm sure as a good Muslim he is also contributing to charities which help the poor, such as the mother you mentioned.

Asalaamu Alykum,

It has been a while since I have come across this section of the forums! Well anyway, I see things still have not changed a tad bit...(ie: Nur Still thinks his Shakespeare lol).

1) Walaal I read your post and I cant tell whether or not you went for hajj
2) If you went for hajj then I suppose you are trying to be colorful in your speech!
3) Some people confuse between style and content. Your content is not objectionable but you give us a lot of impressions and not a straight word.

You think that the use of wisdom and good manner entitles you to distort the content of the message, Now if you've been to hajj may Allah accept your hajj. While you have not yet taken style beyond its legitimate domain, beyond the way in which the message should be presented but you have come close to this now in the past.
You seek to make Islam a warm and fuzzy feeling so people say He is such a NICE and KIND man and he loves everyone. You might as well be a Christian if your dawah is all about warm and fuzzy emotions.
Allah says in the quran "O You who believe! Have taqwa with Allah, and be among the truthful." (Surat al- Tawbah: 119)
It is sad that you concentrate on one aspect of Islam while you neglect other aspects of Islam

p.s. I know there are others who think the way I do but are just afraid to say so!

W/Salaam

To All

I thank you for your warm welcome, Jazakumullah khairan. I find this forums a place where I can share my inner feelings with a crowd of different background and upbringing.

Reading responses to my farewell message, I do indeed love you all, and I may even surprise you that I have made a prayer for the guidance of MAD MAC, please join me to ask Allah to guide MADMAC as he has patiently taken all kinds of comments that can test anyones patience, yet, he is persistent in speaking his mind. I would extend my prayer for the guidance of Galol, named after the Accacia tree in Somalia, that provides for a nice shade and good chewing, in a hot thirsty day, Pray that his materialistic view of life takes a tilt to see the spiritual side of humans, and the real part, as the flesh vanishes with time, while the soul remains eternally.

Salma

Jazaakallah, I will elaborate later inshaAllah on your questions. May Allah bless you sister.

Thank you for your nice comments, it seems that you are the only one who knows me on these boards!, but you have not reached the bottom of my shortcomings yet, I have more things wrong with me than you can count. If there is anything good about me, as I see my self, is that I feel that I am the worst.

Your guess work can only inprove me if your thoughts were right, And I have a lot to gain when I examine myself in light of your observations. But like the saying goes, when you point a finger, look how many of your own are pointing at you.
By the way, are you married sis.? LOL, Kaftan.

Now and Again

Anyone who is brought up in the west has a major obstacle in understanding Islam. You see, The church has for many centuries controlled the public, so when the public finally had enough with the church, they moved it to Sundays, away from public life and politics.

Scientists who were persecuted by the church, got even with the church by making sure that no spiritual content remains in their works. They made sure, the spirit, feelings, and God is sterilized form scientific method of research.

Economists, have named GOODS, all things including businesses like prostitution.

Biologists went out of their way to add apples and oranges to come up that we are monkeys, so acting like a monkey is not bad after all, we came by chance, and we vanish, so make the mighty Dollar you god as our economists teach us.

Physicists are bewildered by the data they have, yet, creation is out of their possible conjecture, Einstein said, God does not play with dice. chance is out of the window, yet, speaking of a real universal creator is not scientifically acceptable. The church has ruled once they say, and many scientists were lynched.

As you can see from the above, when you spoke of feelings, I could not agree more with you. Your piece was very touching and humane.

Feelings are another dimension, away from the physical dimension that encapsulates us. Being aware of your feelings and using your physical part as a vehicle is indeed pushing the envelope as air force pilots say when they fly higher than limits their aircrafts were designed for.

When I read your last post before I left, I must admit, that you have let admitted me to take a tour in a human soul like mine. The more I read, the more I could recognize myself. Looking into the mirror, I saw my real self without a mask.

One of the problems I noticed sister Gettogirl has, is that she is insisting to keep her mask, and thinks that we are all in a Holloween party, but little does she realize that she may be the only one who is wearing one in this party. As her name implies, she is trying to either adapt to a harsh world, or go extinct, hence her Ghetto camuflage. Showing off does not give credit for the annonymous on these boards, as she believes, She is living in a world of shows and away from her real self. What even amused me was her comment that I may be a chritian in disguise as I speak of our soft spot. GhettoGirl needs to sleep more.

I think ghettogirl is the one trying to be shakespeare here. ghettogirl, you have proven your point so what is next?. Why not frequent this side of the forums instead of the other side that has no values at all?. Huh?. What do you say sistah?. You are a trouble maker may be??. Don't mean to be judgemental but couldn't resist saying that.

We can't write all the same. I think brother Nur is doing what we left doing. If some of us are argumantative like me and takes part in fights and feuds, others should spread the better part of islam. So, I say Nur is perfect for that.

Satan's Sermon in Hell (2/2)

The first part of Satan's Sermon in Hell contained an analysis of the title. It also dealt with the futile attempts of Satan's servants and the followers, after it is too late, to try and excuse themselves when they have all been brought before Allah for judgement. The purpose of this second part is to focus on and analyse the actual sermon of Satan: "And Satan will say when the matter is decided: 'It was Allah who gave you a promise of truth: I too promised, but I reneged on my promise to you. I had no authority over you except to call you, but you listened to me: then reproach me not, but reproach yourselves. I cannot listen to your cries, nor can you listen to mine. I reject your former act in associating me with Allah. For wrong-doers there must be a grievous penalty'." [Ibrahim, 14:22]

"And Satan will say when the matter is decided:" The opening of this Aya prepares the stage for the readers imagination in preparation for Satan's sermon. It deals with the movement of Satan's followers and worshippers when they have discussed the matter amongst themselves and have agreed to call Satan to account and demand of him that he fulfills his promises to them. They move forward urgently, shoving and pushing each other as a vast wave surging forward, demanding a justification from Satan for the perpetual abode they have found themselves in, all whilst screaming in abject despair: "Oh Satan.... Oh Iblis.... Where is that which you have promised us? Where is that which you described so eloquently? Where are your sworn vows to us that you are truthful?" They scream in Hell. It can either be implied that his followers drag Satan and place him on a pulpit of fire, or that Satan cringed and uttered such words in an attempt to hide his disgrace and shame as much as he could, as there were no excuses left to him-the matter has been decided and the followers have gone to their eternal place of abode - Satan's party to Hellfire, and Allah's party to Paradise.

"It was Allah who gave you a promise of truth: I too promised but I reneged my promise to you". Allah has promised, and His promise is the Truth. It is He, His Exalted Holiness, the One able to fulfil His promise. Nothing can stand before His will. So then, contemplate upon those merciful words that Allah the Exalted uses to call to His servants in this Dunia. They are words of mercy. See and contemplate upon that which His Holiness said, "Say: O my servants who have transgressed against their souls! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah: for Allah forgives all sins: for He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." [Az-Zumur 53]. For the righteous who Allah has bestowed His mercy and forgiveness upon, "They will say: 'Praise be to Allah, who has truly fulfilled His promise to us, and has given us (this) land in heritage: we can dwell in the Garden as we will: how excellent a reward for those who work (righteousness)!'" [Az-Zumur 74].

Then what did Satan do with his promise? His lies were clearly exposed and his promises diminished behind the words, "I too promised but I reneged on my promise to you" and so appeared the illusion of his promises. Satan's words left no shadow of hope in the souls of his followers and put an end to all their aspirations and left them with no hope whatsoever. For Satan to be even vaguely truthful, no matter his truthfulness here, is nothing but a description of the inescapable facts; decisions are for Allah- both before and after. In a few prompt and concise words- as in every speech- Satan threw his disavowal and innocence in the faces of his followers. His followers searched in every place Satan swore to be in, and they called out to him in their thunderous voices until they became tired and hoarse, but he was never there- he had retreated.

"I had no authority over you except to call you, but you listened to me" In this part of the Aya, scholars hold differing opinions over the definition of the word "authority" as used in the context of this Aya. However most scholars interpreted it as evidence and proof "I had no proof or evidence on the disbelief (shirk) and sins I have called you to, but as soon as I lifted the banner of desires, you were attracted without thought to the consequences and without proper contemplation." Other scholars said that authority means power and force. " I have not forced you to commit disbelief and shirk, but you have come to it yourselves of your own free will." Most probably what is meant by authority encompasses both trains of thought and is perhaps even more comprehensive in meaning than this. Satan wants to disavow himself and place the responsibility upon his followers as a result of that which they have committed. Satan immediately continued to describe his actions, "except I called you", and in such a manner as to conceal all his efforts towards so eloquently describing falsehood, wrongdoing and his for ein people's hearts. He described his past actions in the words "called you". I say that he concealed his efforts because through his words, the clear falsification of the truth is evident. Such hasty and reckless words may have released him in circumstances other than the Day of Judgement-which carries the real meaning of the words- because of the certain implementation of punishment. Yes, they are words of betrAyal, but such words carry a certain reproach and humiliation to his followers and worshippers, which all undoubtedly fill their hearts with disappointment and despair.

Satan called upon them; seduced them; whispered to them; promised them; revealed to them; struck them with his poisonous barbs, and threw many obstacles onto the path of truth while accompanying their hearts at all times. Referring to Adam (A.S), Satan said to his Lord, when He damned Satan and threw Him out of His Mercy, "Seest thou? This is the one whom Thou have honored over me! If Thou will respite me to the Day of Judgement, I will surely bring his descendants under my sway all but a few!" [Al Israa 63]. Allah the Exalted then answered him, "Lead to destruction those whom you cast among them with your (seductive) voice, make assaults on them with your cavalry and your infantry; mutually share with them their children; and make promises to them. But Satan promises nothing but deceit." [Al Israa 63]. So, compare between these actions. Firstly, ensnaring people with seductive voices; calling them to disbelief, shirk and sin; assaulting them with cavalry and infantry; sharing money and children with them; and giving false promises. Compare these words with the Words of Allah, "I will surely bring his descendents under my sway," meaning that Satan will attract them very strongly towards evil actions. Look at Satan's words in the Aya "I call you." The question here is:- how does Satan manage to remain such a cunning liar in every situation? Of course he is right! He only called them. He actually condenses everything he did into words, "call them." However, the implementation of his call, in reality, would need a great deal of explanation.

"Then reproach not me, but reproach yourselves." Therefore, the reasons for his followers screams in his face, is that they blamed Satan for their seduction, whilst he refutes their blame. The question to be asked directed at Satan would be, "why should they not blame him?" Was it not Satan that admittedly called them? Or does Satan not consider this to be a crime worthy of punishment and blame? Of course, they have no excuse before Allah for following Satan and believing his promises. But they will be punished for all the actions they have committed. Even so, is it true that there is no blame on Satan? In fact, it is only half of the truth, because, as used by Satan in the previous innocent words, "I called you, but you listened to me," this is a true confession, passed speedily and without details, which could lead to incrimination. This presentation of half-truths is repeated again with the words, "Do not blame me, but blame yourselves." Nevertheless, as Allah said regarding the masters and the followers, "to all a double penalty of punishment." This is after they said, "Our Lord! It is these that misled us; so give them a double penalty, in the Fire." Then He will say: "Double for all: but this you do not understand." [Al Araf 38].

"I cannot listen to your cries, nor can you listen to mine." Satan has concluded this fact in a gradual manner in his speech, saying, "I cannot salvage you, nor rescue you, similarly, you cannot salvage me nor rescue me." So, in Satan, they have only found a deceptive illusion, false hopes and empty promises. The Exalted Allah said on the tongue of Satan, "I cannot listen to your cries", which is evidence that the voices of the people of the Fire are cries, may Allah give us refuge from the Torture and the Fire. One can only present what one is capable of, and in this situation, Satan cannot save himself, let alone save others. However, when was Satan able to present anything to his followers and worshippers? When was he ever truthful in a promise he has vowed to honor?

"I reject your former act in associating me with Allah." There is Satan - throwing their worship of him back in their faces; rejecting their worship and disavowing himself from their association of him with Allah the Exalted. He rejected their association (shirk), confessing his false claim to divinity and telling his followers that their worship of him is empty and that all their obedience to him in the hope of his reward has gone with the wind.

It has become evident to his followers- many of whom we see around, and who have adopted his laws- destroy their basic instincts (fittra) by following him and discarding the Shari'a of their Lord and the Sunnah and guidance of His Prophet (S.A.W). It is absolutely clear, that his promises are lies, that the end result of their relationship is disavowal and abandonment and that Satan will not help support them in any situation where they may need him.

In this regard, Allah said, "But those who believe and work righteousness will be admitted to Gardens beneath which rivers flow, to dwell therein forever with the leave of their Lord. Their greeting therein will be: 'Peace.'" [Ibrahim 23]. These words contain all the answers for those who ask as to what Allah will do for His servants and the followers of the Prophets.

Of course this is what Satan said in his sermon to his servants and followers, but the words of Allah to His servants and beloved slaves in Paradise are, "Today, I bestow upon you my pleasures, therefore you will never suffer my anger." Then His Holiness will appear to them and they will see Him while they sit on their thrones of light, pearls, gold and dunes of musk.

These are the facts from which people cannot deviate. "Woe to those whose hearts are hardened against celebrating the Praise of Allah!"

You misunderstood me. My comments are sometimes designed to show these guys another side to a situation, and therefore provoke their tunnel-vision thoughts into viewing the world around them in a multi-dimensional manner. I was expecting a response, along the lines of "hypocrite! What about your beer drinking?" but since the big white Kaafir intervened, they retreated into their thumb-sucking little cosiness. You blunted my point dude! Never mind I'll get another chance.

In Somalia, when young girls who look after sheep are turning into womenhood, they go through an emotional turbulent times, normally, what the girl says or does in that time frame is not held against her. The girl is known us WAXARO TUUR. ask a relative what the term means and come back.

ANONYMOUS was me, I hit it by mistake, I have more to add to the above message.

IDEA

I read your post one more time, please understand that:

Who I am is not important

What I say is.

So, could we focus on the content of my postings and forget about personalities.

I find that this forums is for IDEAS, not PERSONALITY shows like Gettogirl who everyoneone to come to her level of character slaying and poisoning the well from which people drink water. Can you think of anyother motive?

Again, I remeber comments made by TLG a while back, about your economics background. What really counts at the end of the road is the ballance sheet. Let us strive to avoid the red ink.

you wrote:

"Welcome back Brother.......May Allah accept Your Hajj."

aamiin. Acceptance is a ribirth, and another chance to face life with a clean slate, But sister, who knows that for sure?

You added

"Insha-Allah...Do you think you could tell us how it was for you?....I mean does it make you look at the world and the diin differently?....Do you feel different?....i mean in terms of Your Iman

Jazak-Allah.......for sharing! "

My dear sister, there is nothing that can prepare you for that experience.

Affording to go to hajj is a nicma.
Loving Allah is a nicma
Making the intention is Nicma
Preparing to go is nicma
Making the journey is nicma

And Then...the real thriller begins.

As you land at the airport in Jeddah, and head for Madina, you come close to history. The mosque of Qubaa , the Masjid of the prophet, the battleground of UHUD, and seeing the martyrs like Musab and Hamzah' grave, and wondering why did such a well to do young man like Musab lose his life in UHUD, what made the companions travel 400 some miles to madina away from their loved ones.??? where they mad?? or are we????

Then you go and pray at the Masjed al Rasuul and struggle to set a foot or two at the Rowdah, which is between the minbar of SCWS and his house and is described to be so blessed that the prophet its one of the rawdahs of jannah. you pray, and pray and pray.....

you walk out from the Rowdah to pass by the house of rasuullullah where the Prophet SCWS, Abubakar and Umar and Uthman are barried. You greet them solemnly, and look back to history as it becomes frozen right infront of your eyes. And it is diffcult to hold back from shedding tears.

You walk out to come out from the masjid to face baqeec, the grave yard that holds the grave of most of saxaabah, and taabiciin raximuhumu allah.
you stand near the fence and pray for their souls and ours.

You then leave for the Hajj, taking the bus to Makkah, in ihram and making talbiya,

Labbaik Allah labbaik

Laa shareka Laka labbaik

innal Xamda , Wal nicmata, laka wal shukr, laa shareeka lak.

Here I am oo Allah,

There is no partner with you, Here I am o Allah
Grace, and thankfulness, and bounty is all yours, there is no partner with you o Allah.

Saying these words, you come to feel, a great feeling, seeing hundreds of thousands of muslims all wearing the same and saying the same thikir responding to the call of Ibrahim caleyhi salaam ordered by Allah.

As you approach Makkah, and its hills, the feeling is like holding a power line, taqshacirru juluduhum wa quluubuhum li thikrillah.

Then, you continue walking thru high rises until all in a sudden you face the minarets of the Haram.......more current goes thru your body, and you walk past many people to reach the gate of the haram, and as you proceed, .......there......
is......the KAABA, the one you have always seen since childhood.

Now looking at the Kaaba, at first, almost everyone with an iota of iiman, will tremple, and feel this awe, I can not describe. you look around, so many muslims all coming for Allah, what a sight, and what a piecfull moment and what a grace. Subhaanallah

That Kaaba was erected by Ibrahim. and Ismaail. then , by Muhammada SCWS and it has witnessed history.

In its corners sat khairu khalqillah, and his companions, they prayed there, and made tawaaf,

This is the center of the universe, ummul qura, where revelation came down from the almighty, on ghaar xiraa not too far from the kaaba.

I have to take a break now, I can not go further

Miskiin-Macruuf-Waryaa-Aqiyaar

Tuesday, March 20, 2001 - 11:28 am
Salama...

Ghetto-Girl:

I do have a brief explanation to correct you about a thing--nay, a word.

and that is the 'saint' word.

In Islaam this word, undeniably, does not exist, in any way.

Let's first define it. In my own dictionary, this is what it says.

Saint:

1.

Theology:

a. A person officially recognized, especially by canonization, as being "entitled to public veneration and capable of interceding for people on earth." {And this is part of that, thus Islaam absolutely doesn't allow this. Only, though, Allah's permission goes to whosoever He {S.W.C.} wills.

b.A person who has died and gone to heaven.

Saint:

c. A member of any of various religious groups, {in this Islaam is exception} especially a Latter-Day Saint.

2.An extremely virtuous person.

Important derivatives are:

Sacred, consecrate, execrate, saint, sanctum, sanctify. {Does brother Nuur qualify any of these?}

Sometimes it is good to see our points of view from Islaamic side than other sides of the spectrum.

I know it wasn't your intention to do so, however be aware and wary what you write are Islaamically correct.

And, again, be prudent and cautious sometimes because this site no longer is a Soomaali-oriented site; we can now see the aliens are visiting and trying to understand what we Soomaalis are thinking. Whether in Islaam forums or any other rooms.

Thus, they may hear you say like that saint word, and automatically think Islaam has saints.

Of course, don't get me wrong. Suufis do. But, they try their best that their saints are not 'divine.'

Brother Nuur:

How coicidence!

I am talking about this.

When I wrote yesterday in here if you brought us Sam-Sam water I didn't know that I was going to drink that Sam-Sam water in the night that followed.

I went to visit a relative's house last night, not knowing that I was going to drink that holy water, and guess what?--I had a full glass of Sam-Sam water.

Ilaahey mucjisadiisa fara badanaa lee. Rabiyoow noo naxariiso:

Amiin!!

I had no idea I was that revealing!, speaking of my last post in "do you love allah" that is. I think I'll have to go back and read it, lol.
To me it seems it's best to listen to your heart. Brother common was kind enough to send us an article about the heart, "qalbi". I enjoyed reading this article alot!!. It seems like the heart knows it's stuf pretty well. And if you listen to it closely it will eventually lead you to somewhere.
Nur, I would love it if you start a new discussion for us.

Nur Brother... I've read most of your threads and I can't help but say that I agree with GhettoGirl... Most of your posts seem somewhat contradicting. And another point I found quite interesting is the fact you can't seem to say point blank whether or not you actually attended Hajj. I'm not accusing you have lying but it's kind of funny how one would be ashamed of saying they went to hajj LoL correct me if I'm wrong but isn't hajj one of the best things a human being could experience?
