Before the intercourse take waduu if you can and start with dua'a (inchalla i'll find for you if need but it's very good even if say just the meaning, after say Bismillah then start, after finish go to wash first your hands and start rince water in your mouth and noos plus do the wuduu regular then you can regame if possible or take some refresh drink or food and you can sleep also the rest of the night, hey the diin it's easy not to make hard, after you MUST!MUST! take shower before the sunrise and do not read Quran not even one surat ok the way take shower , start with right side one the top of you head and then the rest of the body so inchallah i tell you if you need any other thinks you want to know do not keep, i'm here for you! if i did mistake it's me and the shatan if i did right that's from ALLAH wajazakumulahu kheir!
