Unrecorded Date Earlier this week a judge in england convicted a mother and brother for the murder of young muslim woman after becoming pregnant through adulterous affair while the man you was forced to marry was abroad. So where does this case stand in the slamic shari'ah.
In Islam she should be lashed 80 lashes after she has her baby and feed him/her for 2 years. What the mother and the brother done is haraam. They should have left her alone Allah is the forgivness After all they are in non-muslim country.
If the woman is married she should be stonned to death in Islamic law(sharia)after she has her baby feed him/her for 2 years.If she was not married she should be stonned to death. She should be lashed after she has her baby. Remember you are in England you can't apply sharia in England. Wallaahu Aclam wa Ahkam.
