Monday, November 06, 2000 - 01:59 pm This government is not a fair government and the leaders are another warlords. I think they cannot solve the problems they just create another civil war. Why they don't recognize where the somali ppl tried to build their homes with peace like puntland and somaliland? The peace should start at the base or the grassroots.
