THEY SACRIFICED THEIR LIVES IN DEFENDING SOMALIA'S NATIONAL SECURITY AND INTERESTS. THE U.S.C OFFERED HUMANTARIAN AIDS TO SOMALI REFUGEES HIT HARD BY THE CIVIL WAR. WE MUST URGE OUR NEW PRESIDENT ABDI QASSIM SALAD HASSAN TO SET UP A NEW U.S.C. HOLIDAY TO REMEMBER THOSE BRAVE MEN WHO SACRIFICED THEIR LIVES IN HONOUR OF THE SERVICE OF THEIR COUNTRY AND PEOPLE. THE SOMALI PEOPLE REALLY APPRECIATE THE U.S.C.'S HARD WORK OF UNITING THE COUNTRY AND TREATING PEOPLE WITH JUSTICE AND FAIRNESS. THE U.S.C. LEGACY IS SOMETHING EVERY SOMALI CITIZEN BE PROUD OF. To be honest,following is the real legacy of USC: 1)Total destruction of once booming and beautiful city of Mogadishu. 2)dispelling thousands of innocent people from their homes and killing indiscriminately by means of the worst act of human nature. 3)looting and trashing both the countries public property and individual property. 4)putting the law and order in a garbage can. 5)Making our beloved nation, the laughing stock of world opinion. 6)killing each other with no apparent reason after unholy alliance for the sake of pure hatred. The list goes on and on. So to say mildly the legacy of USC is one of despair and total failure with no any benefit to it,s member or the rest of Somali nation.
