It's all a figment of their imaginations, a little government housing here and there and my ignorant Torontonians seem to think they live and thrive on the poverty line. Aka honky, you need to get out of your sequestered surroundings and realize that the ghettos in the states are far worse in comparison to anything we have in Toronto. For all of you who believe Dixon is a true ghetto, if anything that did exist in Toronto is slightly in comparison to a ghetto it's Regent Park and Parkdale. Yet Regent is in the heart of Toronto, and yet one can always walk down there with no fear of getting mugged or anything. Everybody keeps to themselves.
