Anyways enough of wise cracks......Allow me to help you. Sister if I were you I would exercise a lot. I would make my life as busy as I can and fill it with a lotta activities. Go to the gym, walk atleast 2 miles a day.......(half a mile each day at first to build up your stamina). Eat healthy as JENNY CRAIG here suggested and think positively coz you know what they say..........."Its always mind over matter". Put your mind to it and it will Inshallah go simple for ya. Edil | Tuesday, January 16, 2001 - 04:27 pm Sister Diets do not work. Eat 3 meals a day, but make sure thay are healthy. Stay away fom the sweet stuff. Lastly, get yourself a gym membership and allow yourself to work out at least 3o minutes a day. Trust me, the gym is the best and the healthiest way to loose weight. I've been going to one for the last four years and I never felt better. Jenny Craig and T-GIRL gave you great points also. I hope they all work for you. Take care. |
