By the way, what field in Law do you want to pursue? I am looking at Corporate law or maybe criminal law. Devil's Advocate.

| | Thursday, January 25, 2001 - 05:57 am i wanted to do law too. , and i heard from mom and family friends that it's not good because the law you are dealing with is based on nonislamic laws that are not the ones provided for us in the holly quran....the prophet (S.a.w) said that "oh ppl i left between ur hands two things, if u hold on to u will never lose the right path, sunnat allah and his prophet" Anywayz, i asked the sheikh in the mosque i go 2, and he said that we need law, it doesn't have to be a lowyer,there is othe devions u can get into that will help the muslim umma (nation)

This is decree from the sheik Alipapa. You may say what is your daliil yaa fadiilatul sheik Alipapa!. Well, here my daliil. Today every where muslims are proscueted for crimes they didn't commit. Some of them were framed. In the west evey muslim can be terrorist simply she/he has muslim name. Because of that, being lawyer is necessary today because you would have defended those flasely accussed muslims. And if something is necessay, you damn know it is damn xalaal--even all xaraams becomes xalaal when there is necessity. You don't need to ask some knuckle sheik or some rag tag sheik wanna-be. you have my decree(fatwa). You damn know i am damn quliefied to issue a decree since i am great sheik--the Alipapa. Pretty........there was time all my teachers and everyone i knew used to tell me i'm gonna become a successful lawyer oneday......till now pple tell me i should become a lawyer or a pshychologist..........but i heard once that bein' a lawyer in kufaar countries wasnt xalaal........so sis if there is doubt in it....why major in it and live off lacag u r not sure if it is xalaal or xaraam....... and u said u dont give a $hit anyway if it is xaraam or not....so why da hell waste our time!!!! and ur time!!! if u want it and dont care what Allah thinks of it.....then go ahead and go for it.....and i hope u get to where eva is good for u sis!!! adios

Wether u care or not is not the Q' the Q is do u care about ur destiny, the grave. If u do then don't even contamplate about been a lawyer in a Kafir land, cause most times u will be representing a kafir and trying to send another kafir behind bars.
