This might be a fantasy on my part, but I would like to believe that if Somali technocrats (those not tainted by tribalism) came together they could, with the help of the international community give us a government of our own. What are your thoughts on this issue? |

Well, those same technocrats are the ones who are fanning the fires of clan politicts overseas, vying for recognition and other petty stuff. I beleive it takes a special kind of person regardless whether they technocrats or not.But so far these talking heads so called technocrats has been a waste. |
