I'm 22yrs old and I left my country Somalia when I was almost 12 or 13, still I have nothing but a love and great deal of respect for the land I once walked on it,and every decent citizen who is living there. Knowing what I've been thru, all the hardships and the grieve that I dealt with simply because of my tribe on my way to the better world, I realized that the only way to live a happiness life was to be free from any kinds of hate. Having friends of all kinds of tribes and treating them the same respect I would like to get from them was the way I wanted to live. Ignorance have many meanings and tribalism is one of it. Today we have a new government is Somalia and I thank god, but brothers and sisters how can we be so sure if history won't repeat it's self. |
