it seems the mainstream somalis ( Daroth..Haweye..dir.
and Maamay) have all agreed to abuse amd enslave the somali minorities that dwelled the the agricultural and coastal areas of the south...the somali have repeatedly vandilized and destroyed the the bravinese and the bantus lands...the south is only place where there is a diversity in somalia..and that diversity is being taken away as minorities are forced migrate and leave somalia...the exodus of the minorities continue and their land is being claimed by the major Mahaa Tiri Clans..the new goverment and local administration make no secrets of their plans to totally somalinize somalia.The ARTa Process was the last signal telling the minorities to seek life else-where as we were being referred "Others" not worthy to be somali...despite how much we have done and sacrifice for the horn and the abuse we took in the civil war.

Listen bro, each one of us suffered whether you are minority or majority what we need is to be there each other, passed is passed and no one can do any thing about it. Let us forgive one another and forget the past hence we can progress in the future.

I never participated in this Somalinet discussion but this topic about so-called Somali minorities forced me to respond.
To those so-called Somali minorities, all Somali have suffered during the civil war. You will be accepted as Somali if you declared allegiance to your Somalinimo, country, state and flag of the Somali nation.
You people don’t think we have short memory. You minorities what have you done during the European colonialism. You sided with the Italian and British. So don’t ask for mercy from the Somalis. I can say the only minority that said the Somalis could have their independence was the Indians. Do you remember what the Arabs and others did during those hard times? We will not forget our history.
You are part your problem of not being accepted by the Somalis. Every time right at our noises you declared that you are not Somalis but minorities in Somalia. Somalia belongs to the Somalis. You minorities are slaves from Africa and mix from Arabia or Portuguese so please never try to say Somalis are taking over the South or ethnic cleansing.
You want to be accepted as Somalis stop your little minority mentality and pay allegiance to Somalinimo. The day you first describe yourselves as Somalis you will be accepted.
Somalia will be back and we will clean from Somalia first Arabs and those who will not pay allegiance to Somalinimo and the state.
