DEAR BRO'S & SIS'S,
AS WE ALL KNOW IT IS QUITE TOUGH TO MAKE IN A COUNTRY WHERE EVERYTHING IS DIFFERENT THAN WHERE WE ARE BELONG TO (SOMALIA). BESIDE LIFE IS AS GENERALLY NOT EASY AS YOU GO THROUGH DIFFERENT BAD EXPRIENCES. AS A HUMAN BEING THERE MUST BE THAT KIND OF THING WHICH MAKES YOU TO LEAD A LIFE WITH STABILITY AND MAKES THE LIFE INTERESTING.
I WOULD AGREE IF YOU ALL SAY CAUSE WE ARE MUSLIM AND WITH THE WISH OF ''ALLAH''YOU MUST KNOW AS A MUSLIM WHY YOU ARE DOING EVERY LITTLE THING AND GO FOR YOUR GOALS. BUT MY QUESTION IS WITH ''ALLAHS'' WISH WHAT INSPIRES YOU?. TELL ME LIKE THE THINGS WHICH MAY BE YOU SAW OR THE PERSON YOU MET. SIMPLY TELL ME WHAT MAKES YOU TO GET UP EARLY IN THE MORNING TO GO TO SCHOOL JUST GOING FOR THAT CERTIFICATE/DIPLOMA OR TO YOUR WORK ( MAYBE TO HAVE THAT PLAN OF MAKING 40000 DOLLAR A YEAR)

To have the four wifes that i have been promised as a muslim if i am rich enough to support them. Every effort ever action contriputes to that end. It is my goal, wish, dream and i'll make it happen. I'll take night turns in between four differnt homes and i'll have satisfaction ever night of my life without fear of displeasing my creator. I won't want for anything else, just that i have 4 happy wifes who accept each other and respect their nigh turns in peace. I am saving every cent. |

The thing that makes me work and go to university at the same time is my desire to be like my dad... filthy rich and full of ambition. I look up to my father and have always admired his principles, his beliefs and his yearning for success. I remember as a child he would take my brother and I to school and by midnight he would call us from Japan, Newyork or Rome. He was a very sought after person. He would always tell me to get educated, get a degree before my 25'th birthday and get married. Most Somali Fathers don't push their daughters to study after they reach 20 yrs......They push them to get married.....
Anywayz my source of inspiration comes from my Dad.............And most of his friends and my relatives say that I am xerox copy of his Character........Just like Dad

well good topic bro mr cool. what inspires me to go ahead, to succeed ,is the hope that i could make a difference in my life ,and the lives of countless others. also my ambition to become productive in society rather than liability. my desire above all to please allah(as much as i can!!!),not his creation. finally the tall booth i have to fill: by upholding the proud heritage of my brave somali forefathers who never bowed their heads to the imperialists. |

T-gal.......we got that in common too sistah......the only diff. is its my mother not my father.......he passed away when i was 10 years old so i dont have much memories of him...!!
My mom is really the hardest workin' somali mother i've ever seen in my life......and i'm her only daughter so i have to make her proud......i had 6 brohters and one half sister.......so far, only one of them made it to university..........!! Everyone looks up to my brothers cuz they r very religous..........other than finishin' my education to the highest level i cant think of anything else that would make her happier......i'de luv to build the biggest and the nicest house for her....in Gaalkacyo.....lol.....!! I cant describe the luv i got for my mother........i just thank Allah everyday for having a mother like her....!!

What inspires me the most to succeed in life is my dream of money, power, respect. I want to be rich and powerful. My goal is to become a member of the elite. I want to spend a night in the Lincoln bedroom. Overall, I want to help people. I believe that whatever you have in this world belongs to God. You must share your wealth or knowledge with people.
When I feel down and out, I think about where I was last year. At the beginning of each year, I write a list of goals that I want to accomplish and I put that list away. At the end of the year, I see how many goals I have achieved. It is always good to be greatful for what you have. You must always keep in mind that you might not accomplish 100% of your goals, but as long as you accomplish at least 1, it is a success. Remember not to be greedy, and that certain things in life were not meant to be. You must take your success and accept setbacks.

I got so many sources of inspiration:
Islam is my ultimate source of inspiration. it inspires me in so many ways.. i can't get into all here.
My dad is my main source of inspirationin terms of education. He is always encouraging me to become the best that i can. My dad also has this incredibal ability to make studying sound so great.
My mom is my source of inspiration in the religious cultural aspects. i love and respct my mom so much. She is hard working, dedicated and the nicest person i have ever come across (and i am not only saying that coz she is my mom).. she just encourages me to be a better person, to have respect for others (though it don't really work hahaha). There is absolutely nothing that i can do to pay her back!
Getting (inshaAllah) a great jobs that also pays good is an inspiration, being able to give back to my community is an inspiration, the kids that i work with are an inspiration. Imran khan is an imspiration, King is an inspiration,.... okay so i get inspired easily lol.

I am inspired by what i see everyday,,,people who made in life well, who are cruising easilly who worry nothing but indulgence,,..i am inspired by poverty and the sight of poor people,,i am inspired by all the ticken-end interactions about life..
And then i look ahead into the future and see that my kids wont have to go through life the hard way,..
i have set principles, objectives that will take me to my destiny. so long as i follow my plan.. |
