Hey all...
I'm a high school student trying to learn about the current state of Somalia. I couldn't find information on some things on the Internet (there were just a few news articles here and there)...so I've decided to come here and ask you (the actual Somalians) some questions about your country.
Is there any form of an established government? Or is the government just made up of tribal clans? If it is made up of tribes, is there one tribe (or one group of clans) that holds more power/influence than the others?
Are there any alliances between certain tribes? What are the major oppositions between the tribes (what are the opposing beliefs of the tribes?)
Has the civil unrest cooled down in Somalia? Is anything being done or proposed to achieve peace?
Which countries have helped to aid you during your times of warring and suffering? Which countries do you consider an enemy and a threat to the state of Somalia?
What would the government/tribes leaders think of human rights? Do you think they believe in them? Do you think they follow them, and apply them to their own people and others (foreigners)?
Sorry about having so many questions, but I really need a clear definition of what is going on in Somalia as of now. You don't have to answer all of them (you could answer as many as one, if you want). True and honest answers would be greatly appreciated.

If you are indeed a high school student with a project to hand in, can I ask you a simple question: where one earth did you learn to do research? The case of Somalia is well documented. Try CNN or the United Nations websites. Exhaustive reports have been written.
By the way, who would you have quoted? Cajabo from the forums in somalinet? Get real and please do your work.
If you are someone that wants to start another BORING topic on Somalia, thanks but no thanks. Anything BUT Somalia at this time for me!

By the way, where/when did he solicite the opinion of educated Somalis?
I've seen him elsewhere in this forums, he applauds himself as a Somali Lady (Sacdiyo!!!!!)and saying "I love Yohanis....blah...blah..."
Please get a life Mr Sick Ethiopian. You don't posses one tenth of the intelligence of an ordinary Somali....but....If you are dying to have dialogue with Somalis, then you are welcome on the condition that the topic under discussion be ETHIOPIA and ETHIOPIAN problems!
