I am here to point out that the letter "J" does not deal with Somaliland accent sufficiently. Therefore i am proposing that people with Somaliland accent start to use, "ch" where it is appropriate. Chaceyl, Chaad, Channo, Chilib.
We already have variations such as: tiri and tidhi, so this will be a similar variation.

I do agree with you that you people speak a way...and in writting it does NOT capture the true accent. But, hey...look at them Brits. they have a "water" and they read it like "WATA" -- thus, why not somaliland just keep pronouncing it as "CH" when they write "J"? beats me!

People you know I went to the doctor after posting my message, my complinet was that I was coming down with a virus of misspelling coz in my last message I mistakenly spelt Asalama Alaykum as Asalama Alayhum. I started to cry, and the doctor started to laugh wildly at me he said I have good news and bad news. I said good news first he said,"there are a few people with your condition, they are called Khaaldan" I said that's the good news! I said if that's the good news that I dont want to know the bad news! As I was walking out of his office in a huff, he quickly said "I am afraid you are incureable so get yourself a plot of land near Mohamed and people will never know that you are a misspeller!".
