Dear Beloved!!!
I'm a somali guy aged 20 years old who lives in Europe particullary in Finland.
From a very young age,I always wanted to be an actor and had high hopes for that...I also had a vision that i'll acheive my goal some day soon,However,I had been beating my brains out trying to find out if our relegion does hold with allowing us to be an acrot/ actress as a Muslim...but it doesn't.
My Parents do say that is it a massive prohibition and Xaram to go against Allah's rules and i do know that but my friends and my Mind do keep telling me that i would be wise enough to let myself spend it at the earliest apportunity on whatever mad enthusiams strikes me as being terribly important at the time.
so i guess i'm in a muddle and live in a dreamworld,fathermore,I do beleive that having a confidence in myself also means having the courage to speak out and say what i feel,saying "yes" when i mean"no" or not asking for help when you need it,both show lack of confidence becuz i can't anticipate you people to read my mind and guess what i really want.
please help me out and give me a peace of your minds becuz i don't know what to do and the hope i had is lost..I respectfully do apolojize for the length of my atricle.

Does My Future Lie In My Hands?
The answer: YES and NO.
YES, because you have a free-will to decide what you want, but NO, because Your Creator set limitations and rules on you. Your Creator knows what is best for you and so does your parents. Are you willing to face failure and go against Allah's orders and become one of the losers or are you going to use your free-will in halaal means which is acceptable to both Your Creator and your parents?
Still the choice is yours and that is what differentiate the human being from animals.
You see, animals, fools and rejectors of truth, the unbelievers follow the crowd and they do whatever they want, but most human being, the smart ones, lead their lives in good direction.
Rules and limitations were set by our Creator on us, because He knows what is best for us in this world and the hereafter.
Do you think being an actor and an entertainer is good way of life and do you think actors and entertainers are always happy with their lives?

BELLBOY, you should follow the right path, being an actor would not benefit you in the long run and am sure you know that yourself. Instead why don't you work as a producer or something more along the lines of that. |

i think u should act....i am an actress myself and find ectassy and spiritual in my work.Acting makes me explore others shoes and path,its truely a journey worth taking,as to the significance of the religion,i find no harm unless you indulge in nude or imoral scenes.You can act,but respectfully! |
