I hope you don't sound as mad as your name does...bay the way,lemme tell you in on a secret...
I used to be a real coach potatoe,I mean some kinda person whose evenings are spent verging out in front of the idiot box called"Tv" a pocket of pobcorn in one hand and the remote control on the other...so the thought of exercise was just enough to make me out of sweat but that was long time a go before i started hanging around with "GYM" so if you want to stay in a good shape, then you better go to the GYM 2 days per a week and one more thing i would like to let you know is "Men and Women have the same method of making people think they are attractive.
lemme go throught to what Zian is supposed to mean...well..Zian is when a (husband and his wife)have a fight and the wife starts bugging him about where he was tonight and what he was doing..sohere it goes.
The Husband: Ooh Hi sweetie,sorry for being late tonight.i truly hate being late.
The Wife:Ow really? Do you want me to accept that? I ain't foolish enough to beleive you becuz your excuse doesn't carry much conviction.
The Husband:Look,honey it's not what it looks like okey, i have no feelings for any other women,you are the only one and i always do love you and i don't want you to bugg me about where i have been and what i was doing.
The Wife:I wish i could beleive you.
The Husband:honey you got nothing to be concerned about my feelings for you.

Mr Madman my advice for you is:
Firstable, you should leave this FORUM, coz is not for the galka.
Second, this forums is a place where sisters and brothers from Somalia can meet, exchange ideas, and knowledge.
