They work as missionaries in St. Louis, training Americans to reach out to international students studying in the United States. "The students we work with, not all of them will become Christians," Mrs. Kendagor said, "but they will go back to their native countries and say, 'Yes, Christianity is true. People showed kindness to me.' "

It is certainly true that many Christians believe you have to believe in Christ to be "saved". Neverheless, charity and good will are key Christian principals even though many Christians fail to observe them. So missionaries have two objectives. One is to spread the Christian faith and the other is to do good works. There is nothing wrong with either of these goals. Just as there is nothing wrong with Muslim orgnaizations doing the same thing. If a Saudi aid organization wanted to work in an American inner city to do good works and spread the word of the Qur'an there's nothing wrong with that. Unfortunately, some (certainly not all) Muslims have used these kinds of activities for a cover to conduct subversion and terrorism. But when that's not the case then there's no problem.

This is Somali net, not Muslim net. And nets are open to all anyway. It's a free speech sort of thing. Here you have to defend your own thoughts - you can not vanquish the thoughts of others. However, if you read Haji's comment carefully you will see he is assailing the practice of Christian missionaries, not supporting them.
