u r stupid to ask how can a govt have a president and a prime minister?how many countries have am prime minister and a president.so many.to give u an example,germany, ethiopia,france, pakistan,.
it depends here a prime minister is appointee of the president whereby the prime minister is going to name the ministers and runs the govt. |

To anonymous some countries have both a president and a Prime Minister for example Israel.
The idea behind is that the Prime Minister runs the country with a majority vote from his parliament or coalition one. If there is no vote of confidence from the parliament then the president will call for a national election.
The president is just a head figure and if there is a big problem in the parliament he is the one who calls for a national election this will or may include all the parliament seats.
The president of Israel’s name I think is Herzog. You never hear him but he is there.
The idea behind the new Somali constitution is like that, but I don’t think that is how it will know Somali people are.
Can you picture the new Somali president letting the new Prime Minister form his own government without an interference? |

So what? What's your point? It doesn't matter what his tribe is but what he can do for us! Why do you always have to bring up the subject of tribalism. If he's educated, dedicated, hardworking and willing to change the future of Somalia, then he's the man for us. Plz, enough with the tribalism and more with loving and caring for each other. |
