TEARS STARTED RUNNING ON MY CHECKS, I WAS NOT CRAYING FOR PALESTINE BUT WHAT HAPPEN TO MY HURT, WHY AM I NOT FFEELING LIKE THEY FELT, THEY ARE JUST CONVERTS. I FELT JEALOUSY THAT THIS PEOPLE ARE SOFT HEARTED THAN I DO. SO I AM WONDERING THOSE OF US SAYING WE CAN NOT PRAY FOR OUR MUSLIM BROTHERS AND SISTERS.
SOME OF U CLAIMING ARABS DID NOT PRAYED FOR SOMALIS, IF U LISTEN TO SHEIKH ABDIRAHMAN SUDEIS, IN HIS TAHAJUD PRAY IN THE HOLY MASJID MEKKA. HE IS PRAYING FOR SOMALIS, ERITREA, KASHMIR AND BOSNIA. AND HIS RECENT ONE HE IS PRAYING FOR KASHMIR, KOSOVO , BOSNIA ,PALESTINE AND MASJIDUL AQSA. HE IS CRAYING AND HE MAKES ME CRAY EVERYTIME I LISTEN.
ABOUT ARABS MAYBE THE GOV'T ARE NOT TOO ISLAMIC WHICH THEY SHOULD BE BUT PUBLIC THEY ARE REALLY OUR MUSLIM BROTHERS. U SAID SAUDI KICKED SOMALIS OUT OF THEIR COUNTRY, WHO ACCEPTED MOST OF THOSE SOMALIS, SYRIA DID IT. THAT IS ANOTHER ARAB COUNTRY. YEMEN TREATED THE SOMALIS GOOD. WHEN SOME SOMALIS MUSLIM LEADER WENT TO SAUDIA AND TALK TO THE IMANS THERE, THEY READ AT FRIDAY PRAYERS IN THE HOLLY MASJID THAT SAUDIANS SHOULD HELP SOMALIA, AND THEY START COLLECTING MONEY. THEY GOV'T FOUND OUT AND TOLD THEM TO SEND THE MONEY TO U.N AND THEY WILL SEND TO SOMALIA, THEN THEY TAKE THEIR MONEY BACK WHICH I AGREE WITHTHEM COZ, THEY SAID THEY ARE SENDING THE MONEY TO THEIR BROTHERS NOT TO UN. WHY CAN CHRISTIAN MISSINARIES CAN TAKE RELIEF TO ANYWHERE NOT THOSE SAUDIANS?
SO BROTHERS WE ARE NOT ARABS BUT RELIGION COMES FIRST. IT REALLY HURTS AND I CAN'T BELIEVE ANY MUSLIM CAN GIVE THAT RESPONSE WHEN HE WAS ASKED TO TO AMKE DUA, PLS IT DONT TAKE MORE THAN A MINUTE LET USS MAKE DUA FOR ALL MUSLIM, THAT INCLUDES SOMALIANS.

inshallaah i hope that you all read this message in the very best of your iman and health.
i can not believe some of the things that are being said in this discussion. first of all dear brothers and sisters fear Allah(swt)i'm pretty sure if you did you wouldn't say some of those things. first of all i would take religion over race any day, i would die for my religion but i wouldn't die for my race. i think some of the commons made about arab people were really out of order. i'm somalian at the end of the day but i have arabs in my family as well as other non-somlians. if i go back to my father's roots, my family started with arabs. you shouldn't really be proud and go around saying "i'm somali and i'm proud" because proud belongs to Allah(swt) alone. i'm sure that arabs have some bad point but so do somalians. we have to live with each other as muslim brothers and sisters and like the prophet(saw) said " love for your brother what you love for yourself"
if you think your not from arab background or ain't arab fair enough but that does not mean that you turn around and lie on your brother.
and for those somalias who think that they are pure africans, well the question is do africans think your one of them?
i mean i grow up in a area which was mainly black populated and believe me when i said i came from africa to them, they said your not african, just because i have lighter skin or i have a different hair texture or my features are different.
and another thing is that black boys back here in london are always beating up somalian boys and running of somalian girls.
remember that there are good and bad people where ever you are, no matter what the people of that country are. for those brothers that said that they hate arabs does that go to the scholars? because most of the great scholars amongst the muslims today and before are arabs.
like imaam ibn Baaz(ra), imaam ibn al-Uthaymeen and others.
but there are also other scholars who were not arabs like imaam Al-Albaanee.
and another thing that i would like to add is that did you know that back 100 years ago that somali was not written as it is written now. it was written the same as arabic but when the english came they changed it similar to english that's why english people can read somali so easily.
so inshallaah muslim brothers and sisters make dua for all the muslims around the world no matter where they come from or what their race is.

I’m sure that you are all aware of the fact that inshallaah the holy month of Ramadan is coming up, a chance for us to worship Allaah (swt) and give up our wrong ways. As Muslim brothers and sisters we should spend every day as if it’s our last. Inshallaah I will try to put my knowledge to use so that it can help non-practising Muslims in this case Somalis. As a Muslim sister I advice you all to check it out because there many Islamic websites that can misguide you. many Muslims today don’t look back to the Qur’aan and Sunnah of our beloved prophet(saw) or the might just use the qur’aan not knowing that the sunnah is also a revelation from Allah (swt). I advice you dear brothers and sisters to be careful from who you take your knowledge from when it comes to Islam. Know that people would quote an Ayat of Qur’aan, give their own understanding. Reject authentic Hadith not knowing the sight behind that Hadith. Will act and accept weak Hadith and because of a particular way that we’re following we say that this Hadith is Seheeh (meaning authentic). The reason why I give people this advice is that there would still or always be individuals amongst the community still rejecting and refuting without evidence. When you quote an Ayat of Qur’aan understand the meaning and tafseer of this Qur’aan from the people of knowledge. When you read a Hadith know it to be authentic from the people of Hadith not from yourself. Know that Islam is not what your father, friends or country says but islam is the Qur’aan and Sunnah. As Muslim brothers and sisters we should not be affected by the kufr society but be the ones that affect that society. Know that a person who grows up practising Islam from a young age will enter paradise. I really hope that you take this honest advice from me inshallaah.
