HANNA:

IAM RELIEVED.IAM CLAD YOU APRECIATE SENCE OF HUMOUR.I KNEW YOU WERE JOKING.JUST THE SAME WAY I WAS. ARE WE NOT ALL?SOME TIMES IT IS GOOD NO TO DECLARE THAT YOU ARE JOKING, WHEN YOU ARE ACTUALLY JOKING.IN THAT WAY THE JOKE LOOK REAL AND YOU PLAY WITH THE MIND OF PEOPLE.BUT ANY WAY WHAT THE HECK.

I GUESE IAM NOT SUPPOSED TO BE HERE ANY MORE.SOMALINET SEGREGATED ME TO A DIFFERENT PART OF THE NET.FINALLY WE SIJUI ARE OUT OF THE SOMALI WORLD.THAT IS SAD BUT WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT IT.I THINK MOST PEOPLE AGREED WITH SOMALINET TO DIVIDE US INTO CLANS AND SUB-CLANS AND REGIONS AND SUN-REGIONS.WELL IT IS DEMOCRACY AND I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO CONCEDE THE SAME WAY AL GORE DID.

TO ILFUR:

YOU ARE NOT WRONG TO SAY THAT .STUPIDITY IS PART OF MY NATURE.THANK YOU.

To all the Sijuis,

I believe, it's a privilege to speak Kiswahili, it's a beautiful African language, and it's one of my plans to learn it.

However, the heated argument against the Sijuis is, the Somali factor. We Somalis, have bad and good going for us, and we accept our bad and good and feel dignified by the consequences, whatever they may be. But, for Sujuis when the going gets tough, I find them (not all, but mostly) negating this Somali factor.

The whole issue relates to the Sijuis feeling that they are from different culture and tradition than most of other Somalis, same analogy with any group outside the motherland such as Djiboutis, and Gulf people. I admit this is a true feeling for the Sijuis and others to be different.

However, here's the complication in the situation. The Sijui and others want to be seen different, and at the same time be an active member in the Somali factor with all their unacknowledged difference. Don't you think, it's the Jew and German analogy!

Except that unpattern behaviour, I honor and love all Sijuis. May you all live in peace, e Dio sia lodato.

MAKKA:

THAT IS THE WAY TO GO SISTER.WE DONT DEED TO BE DEVDED AT THE GRASS ROOT LEVEL.WE SOMALIS FIGHT AND URGUE AMONG US IN EVERY THING BETWEEN THE EARTH AND THE HEAVEN.THAT IS HOW WE BEING THROUGHTOUT TIME IMMOMERIAL.BUT WE DONT HAVE TO USE THAT AS AN EXCUSE TO DIVEDE OURSELFS EVEN MORE.THERE ARE ALOT OF SOMALIS WHO LIVED OUT SIDE SOMALIA FOR GENERATION AND THEY FEEL PROUD TO BE SOMALI NOT LESS THAN THOSE FROM SOMALIA ITSELF.

SAGITTARIUS:

THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A JEW AND A GERMAN.WHAT WE ARE TALKING HERE ARE PEOPLE OF SOME COLOR,CULTURE,RELIGION AND COMMON ANCESTRY.I HAVE NEVER SEEN SOMALIA ,YET I DONT BELIEVE THERE IS ANY SOMALI WHO IS AS PROUD AND AS NATIONALIST AS AIM IN SOMALI WORLD.I SPEAK PURE SOMALI WITH STRONG ACCENT AND YOU CAN SWEAR THAT I JUST CAME FROM THE CAMEL REGION.
WHAT SCARES ME IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED NOW IN THE NET,BUT WHAT COULD HAPPEN TOMMOROW IF DIVISSION BECOMES A TREND.TODAY IS REGIONS, BUT TOMMOROW, ITS GONNA BE QABIL "A" HERE,QABIL"B"THERE AND SO ON AND SO FORTH.HOW LOW COULD WE GO IN TERMS OF DIVISSION.CANT WE VISUALIZE IN SOMETHING ELSE AND SEE THE WORLD IN A BROADER VIEW.

ONE THING I DONT AGREE WITH YOU IS THAT, WHEN YOU SAID SOMALIS OF DIFERENT BACKGROUD, HAVE DIFFERENT CULTURE.I BELIEVE THAT IS NOT TRUE.I HAVE SEEN SOMALIS FROM ENGLAND,ITALY, OTHER PARTS OF AFRICA,MIDDLE EAST AND JIBUTI.THEY ALL HAVE SAME CULTURE AS THOSE FROM SOMALIA.THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT THEY SEE THINGS IN A DIFFERENT WAY.DUE TO THE DIFFERENCE IN LIFE STYE,EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE.AND THE FACT THAT MOST OF THE SOMALIS OUTSIDE SOMALIA ARE EXPOSED TO DIFFERENT CULTURES OF DIFFERENT NATIONALITIES.WHERE AS IT IS NOT THE CASE GROWING UP IN SOMALIA.AND THAT SHOULD NOT MAKE US DIFFERENT.IT IS THE SAME AS THE DIFFERENCE, THAT, COULD DEVELOP BETWEEN A SOMALI WHO LEFT SOMALIA YEARS AGO, AND THOSE STILL IN SOMALIA.MAY ALLH BLESS US ALL.

ABCD,

The German and Jew analogy goes this way, the Jew always believed to be more German than the Germans until Adolf came by.

On the other hand, culture is a refinement of the intellectual and behavioural faculties of the human being, which is achieved through language, taboos, folklore, and other factors. These cultural components don't define all the underlying differences between groups, but rather accentuate them.
My point being, we are not allienating each other intentionaly. However, if I happen to be with you Sijuis, I'll naturally feel alienated without you intending to do so, because I don't share with you the same cultural backgrounds of language, and other factors that you may feel more confident to express yourself.
The other crucial point is, let's accept there are differences between each and every group of us, but at the same time try to learn how to cope with our differences, and finally overcome the distrust and apprehension among us that may further deteriorate the situation more than anything else!
