Ahhhh, don't you think it would be better for Somali if there was some form of central government? Maybe limited, but some form. You know, to cover basics like defense (Ethiopia can take whatever it wants right now), roads, international relations (to stop illegal dumping in Somalia). And remember if you shoot the tax collector there's a chance that his brother's going to shoot you. |
