jamaaal4 | Sunday, August 13, 2000 - 01:34 am I think women are more tolerant than men in somalia...no doubt about that.and what somalia needs most at the moment is tolerance |
Geedi | Monday, August 14, 2000 - 12:40 pm Tolerance with out the skills to rule could become a weakness. With all due respect to the somali woman, I think they are not yet ready to assume the mantle of leadership. I may sound a male chauvinist, which I am not but that is the fact of the matter. We need to make sure that who comes on to the top, come on their own and don't end up having a western proped up leaders replacing the factional leadres that we have today. |
