In my opinion, at the current time, we shouldn't judge ourselves outside our country or inside it. Somalis all over the world won't tolerate the ideology of the this forums's creator. Unity should be something that we should talk about, but not saying... "I think Toronto, or Dallas, or Kuala-lumpar somali residents are way off the hook!"

Hello everyone.
Anon walaalo, some things they say about Somali ppl in London r true, e.g how most of the men r on welfare and almost all women work and r the bread winners, but being currupted, i doubt that to an extent, im spealking as Somali Londoner and what i see everday is that more and more ppl,particulary young ppl r relising there's more to life than signing on every other week.
There are loads more Somali youth enroling in universities or working then ever before. London gets the big criticism coz it's a small city and most of the us live in particular places, therefore u get to c more somali ppl in one place alone than u probabaly c in any other country.
In the recent years young ppl were said to be currupted by wesntern life style, and were losing grip on reality.That has all changed now for the better.
I ask myself this question almost all the time which is:Why do Somali ppl are always quick to judge and criticise eachother, when we should be uniting as one, and encouriging our youth, instead of putting them down.
I merely said this not to make a bad satemant but to make ppl relise that were are cabable of more things than we get credit for, from eachother. |
