It conveyed such a positive outlook message creamed with a touch of conservatism that is ironically hard to find amongst the people and the age group you claimed to be. Have faith on people even if your everyday dealings say the contrary. Take chances on someone from time to time, but don't compromise your values. Life will bring you storms of turmoil mixed with plenty of joist moments; so don't resort to revenge when you are wronged. The best revenge is to live well. I, too, am just a little older than you are. I think, I am educated. Just like you, I often ask myself where miss-right will come from, as I don't have much of an association with the mass of my people. I do go to Somali concert from time to time, just to bring little culture back to culturally starving live. I always used to think that, I was the only one who felt this way, but I'm glad that, I'm not the only one. I can understand your situation, because some of my friends told me tha same thing....they say that I will die old and misrable, if i don't date or go out with someone. I always say," dating is easy, but finding one true love and your soulmate, that is the true test". I honestly believe in one true love, and that one day I will find the one that I wanna spend the rest of my life with, without dating or going out with different men. There is much to life than just dating. There is much out there to explore....such as getting a good education, traveling, and see the world, being inspired by different things in this world. When ever I tell my friends about what I believe in, they say that I'm a dreamer....and I say " I will rather be a dreamer, than being a critical person".They say that My life is borring....but i love it the way it is, I'm happy the way I am, and that is enough for me right now. Believing that true love waits, I make a commitment to God, myself, my family, my friends, my future mate, and my future children....there is where life is, not in a club or xaflad. Understanding true love is a way of understanding life sis. Stick to what you believe sis......A person who don't have a believe don't have life.And have Iman (faith)...because it's the only thing that make sense in this world, and the people that have iman, Allah reward them.
