Xabiib | Tuesday, December 26, 2000 - 10:33 am Let me tell you the real story about Khat (Qat), it is like caffeine, it has no side effects as was mentioned on the preceding column. Khat is used to exchange information and to solve problems or just to chill out. It is enjoyed by millions in East Africa (Somalia, Ethiopia, Djibouti and Kenya) and it is also very popular in Yemen. Don't let anyone deceive you about Khat, it is save as tea and coffee. |
