i got some qestions guys. what's up with the city mayor(duqa maqaalada). what does he do. i mean the city needs a lot of work. parks, new layups, roads, schools. and i blieve all that can be acheived since now we have more civil engineers than ever. |

xiris the mayor is doing the best he can,hargiesa is doing great under the mayorship of this current mayor but you also have to keep in mind that he needs resources to carry out his duties as a mayor,where do the resouces come from?
we need to get together and help our communities and those who are eager to help themselves
