Ladies and gentleman as djiboutian citizen or gov't do we have the right or legitimity to be be involved the current desperation and chaos of our big
brother (somalia & somalis)? Some will say let the big brother sinck like a boat in the indian ocean, and other will say no we have morale and blood ties
with our people in somalia therefore we must be with them in better or worst.
What should we do?

As somalis citizens all over the world please give us your inputs.

Djibouti is not neutral about the current Somali reconciliation conference. They sided with some clans against others.Djibouti deginitely is siding with •••••• and may be Rehenwyn. They are clearly against Dir,Darood and many other Somali clans.Djibouti was in an economic meltdown and they runout of reasons to beg western donor nations. Therefore, they come up with the so-called Somali reconciliation conference.Since 1977,Djibouti pursued an anti-Somalia,pro-Ethiopia policy.Needless to mention that Djibouti forces crossed into Somalia numerous times for the last 10 years.Djibouti never hided their intention of annexing Zayla. But unfortunately their ambition was frustrated by the Aboriginal people of the area.In a net shell, the mini-state/economical basket case of the horn of Africa was not honest about the so-called reconciliatiom conference.According to some reports they keep harassing delegations who attempt to criticize the unfair Djibouti policy towards some clans.Already Most of the Majirteen delegation has left Djibouti. The Gadaboursi,Rehennwyn,Reer hamar and others are hostages in the conference. They decided to leave long ago but, they were forced by the Djibouti fiefdom to stay.I strongly believe nothing will come out of this meeting. What caused the collapse of Somalia was never addressed in that meeting. The conference is based on conspiracies, syncism, injustice, coercion, intimdation, bribery and lies.

I adhere to the comment from USA. Yes, it is true that some Djiboutians share blood with us Somalis. We should congratulate the Djiboutian leaders (not Hasaan Guled) for taking this great approach to mend PEACE and PROSPERITY in Somalia.
Shukran Brothers/Sisters.
