do you really know Puntland's borders? obviously not, because if knew you wouldn't said..Warsangli and Dhulbahante make 8% of Puntland Population, and not even mentioning Brothers Dishiishle and Kaskiqabe and Lelkase etc, make proper research before you make unsubstantiated claims.
