     | Wednesday, February 07, 2001 - 08:58 pm Dear Service Provider: I am Extremely concern about Hiiraan.com website If you are aware of this site It has been a propaganda machine for an Islamic extremist group that is based in Mogadishu, Somalia the so called Arta Group who has been claiming to be the government of Somalia. Their last two articles about Puntland State of Somali. Clearly Hiiraan.com began to promote a violence and lawlessness against this region including kidnapping of the President of Puntland's wife and a congressman from the region. A baseless and reckless information is being distributed around the world With the intent to create instability the most peaceful region in Somalia. As a Puntland Community representative we would like to file a formal complaint against this website Hiiraan.com and we are asking an immediate removal of these two articles they are baseless and destructive information against Puntland People. Somalia can not afford to have another extremist group like Hiiraan.com that promotes violence and lawlessness. such a website like Hiiraan.com does not deserve to exist.
