The title Dr is only given to those educated people who have done a doctorate degree or PhD.
I wonder whether Mr Salad has a PhD or whether the title Dr which normally accompanies his name is a favour given to him by his fellow tribes men.
What about his CV? Could any one post it?

Mr Ali,

How about Dr Shaatigaduud? At least Mr Abdiqasim is known to have a Master's Degree from one of the former Soviet universities (modern Ukraine or Kiev). According to the former Soviet system, there is nothing between Bachelor and Doctorate degrees, i.e., if the student proceeds advanced studies after achieving a Bachelor Degree, and completes the program, that student can be called Doctor. In France, for example, there is no Bachelor Degree in their higher education system. Instead, they have Matrice et Doctrate. By the same token, Germany has another system and it depends which discipline one takes. I wonder where Shaatigaduud has received his doctorate, I think Indian publishing houses can answer my question. Surprisingly, when these Ethiopian goons were meeting recently in Addis Ababa, they were given the title of "Dr" including Abdullahi Yusuf and they accepted it, imagine that!
