There are type's of Somali Men I could stand those rare but the rest are just some lying scum bags. Call me a feminist a female right's activist dike I don't give a hoot's!!!!!!!!!!. The one thing worse then PMS is Somali Men!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Enough of that I was just trying to make myself heard and my point clear because I have no time to be beating around the bushs...Here's a Little Something I put together I hope you guy's enjoy chao adios. How do you know a man is lying? His lips are moving. While no one sets out to be with a guy who lies to her or violates her trust by cheating, countless women wind up with one. Why is that? These guys can be very charming and engaging. They are adept at saying what women want to hear, so they have a way of worming their way in. These often likable predators look great at first glance until you realize that they are giving Oscar caliber performances every day of their lives to benefit themselves at your expense. Types of Lying, Cheating Assholes The Great Pretender 1. He says or does whatever it takes to get what he wants. 2. He lies easily and constantly. 3. He "fesses up" only when backed into a corner. 4. He has no real ability to empathize. 5. He is totally self-centered. 6. He is likely to cheat also. The Chameleon 1. He has no clear sense of himself. 2. He needs to be liked. 3. He's very sensitive to other's feelings. 4. He uses his sensitivity to play the man a particular woman wants only to dump her when he tires of playing that role. Don Juan 1. He is charming, funny, and attractive. 2. He is intense sexually. 3. He is very good at lying to women-impossible to tell when he lies. 4. He is very good at making women feel good; he finds most women attractive and communicates that. 5. Sex and love are not linked for him. 6. He is a stimulation junkie. 7. He is vague and hard to pin down. Controlling ••••••• The need to control and be "one-up" in a relationship may be the most common characteristic of the men we're labeling assholes. Theoretically, a marriage or romantic relationship exists between equals. Controlling assholes need to be in relationships in which there is a power disparity-tilted in their favor, of course. The bottom line for these guys is that they need to determine what will happen in all-important areas of the relationship. How they do that defines what type of controlling assholes they are. The Boss Acts like a parent, not a partner. He makes rules, sets limits, and talks down to his partner. He is very direct in his control methods-no subtlety here. He uses fear, guilt, withholding money-whatever it takes. There are two sets of rules-one for you and one for him. He's often jealous and possessive. Mr. Know-It-All Can look very rational and reasonable. Unlike the Boss, he shares responsibilities with his partner fairly equally. But he always has to be right. If you do something other than his way, you're wrong. He fights dirty to win. He brings up the past, picks on your weak spots, and generally keeps you on the defensive. He's very judgmental and critical and makes you feel lower than a snake's belly. He'd rather be right than happy (and that means you have to be wrong). The Critic More passive and less responsible than other controllers. You do most of the work, but he finds fault with how you do everything. You wind up working harder and harder to try to please or get approval, but it never happens. He's insecure, of course, but would never admit it. He controls by keeping you so busy looking at how you're doing things that his behavior is never scrutinized. Tips for Taming Toxic Guys · Stay off the defensive. If you spend all your time justifying what you're doing, you become reactive and lose track of what you are trying to accomplish and other ways to approach a problem. · Create confusion. Change the rules. Be unpredictable. That encourages him to find new ways to react. · Don't be completely honest and open at all times. If he tends to manipulate or use power plays, openness just tips your hand and makes you more vulnerable. · "Lose" an argument by telling your partner that you agree that he is "right," but continue to do what you think is best. Give up power verbally, to gain control emotionally and behaviorally. · Recognize that words and behaviors are not consistent. People often say one thing and do another. Believe what he does, not what he says. · Do things that are truly different, not just variations in a theme. Change 180 degrees in how you approach a problem. That alteration can loosen things up and produce real change in his response. · Go with the flow whenever possible. If he resists change, don't push. Finding a different, less confrontational path of change is much more effective--and less frustrating. · Look at what is going well in your life, instead of what is going wrong with your relationship. Shift the focus from him to making your life enjoyable.

This was in a e-mail I got from a friend and I thought it would be something insightful for everyone to look at (if you didn't that's something called forwarding!).
