Defense (Sirrus) – We the defense request the testimony of Martha Biggs, to be stricken from the record, On the following charges, a) that she was not declared previously, b) that her credibility is questionable. Judge: - Request denied, - The defense may proceed with the counter examination. Defense - Very well your honor, Court Sheriff: - Martha Biggs, do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help you god. Witness (Martha Biggs) – yes. Defense - Martha Ebona Biggs, will you restate to the jury your relationship with defendant. Witness – I am his neighbor. Defense - For how long? Witness - For 5 years. Defense - How often do you encounter the defendant during your residency, reminding you that you are under oath? Prosecution (Lady Khadifa) - Objection, the counsel is badgering the witness. Judge - Overruled, he is simply reminding her of her oath. - You may answer the question Martha Biggs. Witness - Often Defense - Often as in once a month, a week or a day. Witness - More than once a day. Defense - On your yesterday statement Martha Biggs you stated and I quote “we never see him.” - That appears to be untrue, correct? Witness - But… Defense - Please limit yourself to the question at hand, yes correct or no incorrect. Witness - yes Defense - Martha Biggs, tell us please, do you find my client Mr. Nin walaan. Defense - Martha Biggs, is it not, also true that you approached my client several times, in a manner beyond neighborly courtesy. Witness - I don’t know what you mean. Defense - Very well, how do I put it, - Have you ever made advancement toward my client of courtship type, similar to a person who is attracted to another? - I remind you once more Miss Biggs you are under oath. Witness - You mean be nice to him. Defense - I mean, like giving him gives, sending him flowers and writing on the wall “I want you so bad” - I would like to admit to the court Exhibit A11, Graffiti sample from the wall of my client, which reads “I want you so bad, MEB.” Prosecution - Objection, the massage could have been meant for anybody, it has no target. Defense - But it does have a target, it was written on the wall of Mr. Nin Walaan, in place most visible to him. Judge -Objection overruled. Defense - Answer the question Martha Biggs, is this you writing, and have you done what I stated. Witness - It is, and yes. Defense - Martha Biggs, can the jury assume that you “wanted”, my client so badly and that it bothered you that he was dating all those pretty girls. Please answer yes or no. Witness - Yes. Defense - Can we also assume your love for my client turned into hatred on Jan 15, when you surprised him, while he was washing up a Pepsi that spilled on him. Yes or no. Witness -Yes. Defense - Can you tell jury what my client told you on that day? Witness - He told me he didn’t like me that way, that I was older than him, and that he dated my 22-year-old daughter. Defense -How did that make you feel Martha Biggs. Witness - Rejected and unattractive, all I wanted was to hold, touch and kiss him…. Nin walaan I want you so badly please let me touch your face…. Court: - Chaos, with everybody talking and chatting, witness moves from the witness stand toward the defendant. Judge - Order in the court, Order in the court. Defense - Your honor, we are done with this witness.

Martha Biggs: No. I dont.I was under the influence of prescribed pain killers that makes my memory go away most of the times.I was given the courts transcripts and could not believe my eyes what i was reading. Prosecutor: Your Honor the witness was under medicine influence last week when she testified.She does not recall anything about the testimony.Therefore its a dismisal testimony.Patients are known to agree on any leading version of truth under that medicine. Judge:You joking right? Defence: Your Honor this is an attempt to fool the court.I demand an investigation. Prosecutor: No need,Mister i am calling DR.Sarah Goenberge of the Metropolitan Hospital. Matha Biggs: I am angry to read that i said i thought Niinwalan, my neighbor was Handsome young man.He is very ugly.Chicken legs. Defence: Objections! Judge : Over ruled.Quite Counselor this is interesting.Procede...... Prosecutor: Thanks Dr. Sarah, your honor the people call Miss Biggs. Judge: Remember Miss Biggs you are still under oath. Prosecutor: Miss Biggs, we now know you were under the influence of drugs when you testified on that day,no perjury violation will be filed against you. Martha Biggs: Well....he identified himself as the defence lawyer and showed me a court's order and told me to come to court.i told him i took some medicine,that i will not be any use to him. Prosecutor: Wait....so You told him you were under the medicine influence and you were instructed by your doctor to rest.Right? Martha Biggs: yeah correct.Thats it.You put it nicely. Prosecutor: Then? Martha Biggs: The lawyer refused to accept that.He took me by the hand and dragged me to his car.That is the last memory i had. Prosecutor: We all know what happened from there. Prosecutor: Miss Martha do you regognise any of the defence people dragging you to court? Martha Biggs: Yes.There he is Mr.Sirus. Prosecutor: Your honor as you can see,the witness was coarsed to testify by the defence,knowingly that she was druged and likely to haste and agree to the defence coarsing questions so that she could hurry home and rest.I plea the court to dismiss her testimony.The witness also assured us she was not attracted to Niinwalan,he is 'Repulsive' she says.Here are doctor papers to show the mental retardation of Niin walaan,backed up by 7 different doctors who will testify that Niinwalaan is suffering from women bashing hate. Defence: Objections! Now the prosecutor is a psychiatrist? Judge: Thats it, i have had it with you.Sherif bailif,arrest Mr. sirus,you are in contempt. Defence: Good, lock me up.Throw away the key. Judge: The court rules that niinwalaan is mentally handicapped.He is a danger to the society.Therefore the court rules he should be locked up. Prosecutor: YES!!!!!

After my court contempt yesterday I stand before you as a scared man. Last night in the cell with Mr. BOBBA, I was psychologically destroyed, I am glad I escaped with my Manhood intact. It turns out Mr. BOBBA of 6'11''- 265 lb was an ex client of mine, who is now in prison because I didn't defend him well. Now for Mr.Nin Walaan case. Well what can I tell you, he is no different than you and I. He simply wants justice. Under the law every "man" is guaranteed certain rights. I mean if this case was judged 40-60 years ago, he would have won without a question. Our world is ruined by Feminist like Lady Khadifa, Lady Anab and Lady Martha Bigg. Any man that stands up to them is ruined. Should innocent Nin Walaan spend rest of his life in mental hospitals and prisons? Why because he is attractive and he expressed his opinion on women. Is that a crime? is it a crime to have every woman in the world want you so so much that she hates you.....I think not. We heard it from all the above ladies, they call him "ugly" why because each on of them wants him for herself. During recess yesterday, I found Lady Anab "squeezing" my clients rear end (butt). Now how could my client get a fair trial, when the prosecution which changed twice is made of the Worlds Worse Feminist (WWF), the Judge is feminist, who forced me to sleep next to BOBBA last night, and you jury are made of half females. I think not. The males in this world have a problem and they must deal with it ASAP. That is the massage you the jury must send. Think of your future SONS, if they are handsome, they will spend their life's in Psychopathic hospitals and prisons. Do you really want that. Do we want a world dominated by females. We already know biology has give them power, in every movie, show or real life, it is the "woman that can say yes or no" You see that is biological power, Must we add Social power to that. To women every where my client represents a treat, because he was biologically given power too. That's what woman hate about him, add to that he hates them, so they try to label him crazy... Gentleman of the jury FOR ONCE THINK WITH YOUR BRAIN BETWEEN YOUR EARS, NOT THE ONE BETWEEN YOUR BALLS. Ladies of the jury, Think of your sons and their future, judge Mr. Nin Walaan for who he is, for his looks and how you feel about him, not what Lady Anab tells you. In whisper.... On a lighter note, I am glad to be back, and would very much like to thank my assistant prosecutor Anab for her diligent work during my absence, in which this case took a rather nasty turn-as you all know, I had been called on to work on the now pending Mark Rich case.[a murmur of surprise and respect is heard from the court audience]. Well, how should I start? The defense here wants you to believe that this case is about a battle between the sexes. His call for a stop to "the war of the sexes" is certainly honorable of him, but let us not fool ourselves here-this is not what this case is about.[Lady Khalifa swivels around, taking three long strides to the defenses table, she points a long,blood-red, carefully manicured finger (often referred to by her fellow prosecutors as "the dagger" ) at Nin Waalan]. It is quite simple and should be very clear in your minds: this case concerns a man, a man declared a lunatic and mentally unstable by all reputable doctors who've examined him, a man who's attacked all woman he has come in contact with on the basis of their gender, a man unable to distinguish between right and wrong, a man by the name of Nin Waalan! [Nin Waalan was now squirming in seat under the unwavering "dagger" above him and quickly turns pleading eyes toward his now, profusely perspiring defence lawyer who in turn looks down at his feet]. It has been shown that this "gentleman" is beyond rehabilitation, again by all reputable doctors in this city, and I ask nothing less, nothing less, of a life sentence. Defence: Your honor... Lady Khalifa: And yes ladies and gentlemen, we have here Mr.Sirrus, who wants us to believe that the defendant is so hansome, so attractive, so incredibly delicious that all woman feel threatened simultaneously attracted by him....[after a careful look at the squirming Nin Waalan, the court bursts into laughter] Judge:Order in the court!! Lady Khalifa: And yes, he has also referred to our honorable Judge Robert Timona Lopez as a feminist?! I certainly haven't heard of a 53 year old male feminist..have you? [The court now is unable to hold back their laughter but silence quickly descends after a murderous stare by the judge]. I have no more to say but to tell you to examine and listen to the facts, not the enless pitter patter of the defense stating ridiculous claims of a conspiracy against men.[a quite murmur of ascent is heard from the jury box].
