The solution to Somalia's problems is to create a Soviet Style Republics. Each republic would manage its own economy, politics, and defense force. These republics would then elect their Presidents to be represented at the USSR Supreme Leadership Council. Each President of the republic would be rotational Presidency of the USSR govt. The Supreme Leadership would decide national issues such as Foreign Affairs, Defense, MacroEconomic Policy and etc. Since the leadership revolves around, no one Republic can exert undue influence and everyone is satisfied. |

good idea, but except somaliland ,and puntland,the remaining xlands don't have the will and the wisdom to create peace and stability in their respective regions. until they realize the importance of law and order, chaos will rule. |

Today the horn African state known as USSR (union of Somali Soverign Republic, experiences a massive civil war. The Union capital city known as Moscow, Ooops we appologise, Mogadishu was penetrated by groups of gangs, the government changed and it is now called FRS (Federal Reerpublic of Somalia), avery "Reer" (the smallest unit of somali Clans)have now their own territory,capital city and government. The largest "Reer" reer Libax San Kaa taabtee, are now in war among themselves, the eldest son, Ali "Atlanta" who is raised in the USA (united states of America) is having some argument with his father, Hussain "Bear jeleec", the reer seems destined for breaking apart with Ali Atlanta claiming his own territory and capital city. We will keep you posted on this radical desintegration of the USSR.........
