Dear Brothers and Sister,
The more and more I become ingulfed in my Somali culture, the more and more I noticed the neverending hatred. Did any of you ever wonder why Somalia is in such a state of despair, when Somalis as a people are hardworking? Do you ever wonder why the world is moving ahead and Somalia is moving backwards? It's because of our petty hate towards each other.
It should be that your somali brother or sister is more precious to you than a hundered of your european/american friends. However we spend our time hating one another because of our clan or where we're from. Are we not all Somali? What does it matter if you are part of a clan, when it comes down to it you're Somali.
I noticed that some Somalis would sell their own country out by acknowledging the United States or othe European countries as better than they. Or by giving in to their useless propaganda. I wonder if some Somalis believe that the West cares weather you are from Somali South, or Somali North. You're just a Somali to them, so why aren't you just a Somali to you?
Anyway, I just wanted to make these points. |

And u know what more, in comparison with any other chat, it is the only chat that i have seen that our own ppl really dis each other alot.
Alot of other chats u really c that ppl get alone very well.
They think by dissing each other it is a joke but really it is just waste of time and money. |

ithink my brother is right somalis should stick together and try to forget about clans for once and all. anywayz i hope this new goverment can succeed and rehabilitate our people by educating them, because i beleive the main reasons why our people act the way they do is because they are uneducated. hoprfully one day we will reunite and be somalia again.
p.s by the way don't quote me because i am only getting to know wat our peole are like(13 years of age). |
