According to Greek mythology, Prometheus was a titan who stole fire from the Gods and gave it to the humans...when Zeus found, he chained Prometheus to a rock and as a punished sent an eagle to eat at his liver e, which grew back daily... | | Sunday, April 08, 2001 - 10:10 am Waxgarad Here are the meaning of those names, Prometheus = mythical deity of knowledge, an antrophilic (mankind loving) who stole the fire (knowledge) from Zeus and handed it to mankind. I don't remember who wrote the play, Euripedies or Sophocles. Morphius= mythical deity of change. It provided such words to the English language as to Morph, Morphic, Metamorphisis, I believe this was Roman version of the greek god of same function. Anyway he gave his name to Morphene, a pain killer used to get rid of massive pain. As for sophist, I think my previous comrade cover the meaning.

But before you indulge on in any discussion, just be aware that people here don't tolerate certain discussions such as religion. Other than that, they are very open minded and quite engaging. Also, I might add that the career section is the most interesting of all, but people there are less energetic as here in the General section.

But The meaning of my nick is a Wise man "knowing the forthcoming, keep in mind I am not claiming to know the Qeyb". Also he was Benefactor of of Humankind. But that is not the utter incentive that lead me to chose the nick. I had this nickname since my boarding school " One day we had a lecture on Greek Mythology, and due to my dreadful Somali accent instead of pronouncing the word P I said B, from that day I had it. That is the story behind it. I am sure thare alot of people who can relate to this expriance.
