Over the past few years we have all seen news
and magazine reports on what woman really want in a man.we have had sterotyes created and thrown at them from all directions and they always seem to change,dependeing on what satation you watch or what newspaper/magazin you rad.In the 80's we have had the Yuppie,a man drive by material wealth and the pursulit of acquisition and social status that had woman swooning all over the place.The 90's saw the advent of new man¨'the strong,sensitive type that would think nothing of helping out the dishes,doing the laundry or change diapers.With all these schools of thought offering different opinions on what the cuuent idea male should be.i Desided to turn to do a littel research on the subject and come up with my own conclousion.
The idea man actual a varant of the 80's male in that he is still has a taken shrge,strong peronality,but he had also met his match-the woman.Now in order to fully understand what the idea man should do,one really has to understand woman.A woman is no longer,and hasn'r quite some time,the weaker sex.She just likes to be looked after and romanced.She likes to swept of her feet just as much as she likes to be in control and she wants a man that has the ability to allow both sides of her ,character to fourish,without being a wimp.He can be kind and sensitive,but he can never be a victim.Masculinity is huge turn on woman.That does not mean that he has to have the body of herclues,but he most be someone sha can proudly show her friends associates.While he does not have to be wealthy or have a great job,he does need to offer security for th woman.He need to be strong in his convictions, well spoken and have personal goals.In other words,he most have dreams and have the ability to achieve them.Of things don't go hsi way,he gets on with life rather then feel sorry for himself.He also has to be excellent love,husband and a father.
Now what this actually means in real life varies with each woman.Butthe basics are pretty much as described above.Today's manis actually closer to the classial john wayne type here than anything selse,in that he is strong and full of character and willing to take charge,but more importently,he needs to offer security to the woman in his life.I guess what i'm trying to say here is that,guys,it is not really as hard as you have been led to believe.You can be the womans prince charming just be self confident,articuale and believe in your self! |
