Depressed girl, check the forum, there is an email by Omar somethin???..... reaching out to people with symptoms of depression. If you are in school, speak with the school counselor. If not in school, call the telephone information in the city you live and ask for resources related to depression or mental health. You will find out if what you are experiencing is just the 'blues' (something all people experience now and then) or depression. Inital assessment of depression can be done over the phone. People are normally asked a list of questions from a checklist. Depending on how one scores indicates if the person needs to speak with a pyschologist or a psychatrist. Be brave my sister and remember you are not alone.
