![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Unrecorded Date Hello again. It has been wonderful experience for me to attend the first face of Somali peace conference in Djibouti. There, we had the opportunity to designed and re-shape future of our government. Without any intervention from outside forces, and non-Somali advisors, we had made a great progress that will lead our people a very Good Government. A lot of Somali educators were there, specially many Social scientist, and together we designed and figured the way we want to establish a very strong central government. During the designing face, we had the advises of many elders including, the former and first elected Somali president, Adan Abdulle Osman,[ Adan Cadde], Who gave us many advises including what went wrong about Somali and what need to be done to over come the situation we are in today. While he was there many people including myself were trying to understand the man, whom many considered as fair-minded president. A man who respected the constitution we had back then. A man who was trying to create a greater Somalia, where all parts of Somali will unite. Personally, I’d came to the conclusion that Adan Cadde, was the best president we ever had. He was old but a very charming fellow, who still thinks Somali can be re-stablished as a new nation, which is free from Hate, tribalism and non-sense killings. Finally. I was delighted to be there and meet some of very interesting people like him. i hope this meeting will be the beginning of a new and well respected Govevenment of our- beloved nation of Somalia. insha'alah. Salute.....

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Unrecorded Date Hello again yohanis. Long time no see. Have you been changing names lately and reaked havoc in the forums?. We had a severe case of mistaken identity. Your neck is on the bounty hunter list in case you don't know already so watch your fake back. Only this time don't tell us when you get blue that you slept with many unlicensed somali girls.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Unrecorded Date Everyone Does anyone think this or any other prospect is going to work? The unrest in Somalia just seems to go on and on. IF Somalia could establish a government it sure would get me off the hook. Is the Djibouti plan feasible (which I personally don't think it is) or is it just wishful thinking?

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Unrecorded Date Yes Yohanis, we need strong central government which can easily mobilize the people since our first task is to destroy the XABASHs.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Unrecorded Date Actually Anti-Xabash (whatever the hell that is) what Somalia really needs is a weak central government and stronger regional governments. This is MUCH better suited to Somalias clan based society. It allows each clan maximum amount of self-governance. It also minimizes the opportunities that any one individual can abuse his office. Somali government also needs a thorough system of checks and balances. Remember abowe, politicians can't be trusted. None of them. Not the American politicians, the German politicians, the Italian politicians and certainly not those who masquerade as politicians in Somalia. Stronger regional governments charged with setting up their own legal systems, taxation systems, infratructure, police, etc. National Government should be charged with two things - international relations (to include trade agreements) and defense. And that's it. If we keep it simple and make sure there are adequate checks and balances Somalia can again have a government which serves the people and not the other way around. Somalia - One people, One Country!!!!!! From your friendly neighborhood Gaal.
