Don't get me wrong cuz I love my somali brothaz, but I just want you guys to fit in, instead of looking like ya just arrived from a REFUGE camp. All am saying is, you could use some improvement with your body structures....cuz it ain't attractive. THINK ABOUT IT!!!! peace

Dat was pretty funnY....but rememba this is the 21st century...and back in the day large breast and a big booty was the ultimate physical standarts of a female's beauty...infact it still is...and it's impossible to have that with a size 4 wiste size...lol...Well, all am saying is nobody has a booty like the somalian chicaz...Therefore, I guess ya'll are getting what you want in a female...but than again ya don't know how to handle it. Plus it ain't like now a day's U see too many outta shape somali sistaz walking around...me personally, I go to the gym at least 4 day's a week...and stay there 2-3 hours. So maybe U should take my advice...and hit the gym....once in awhile....We're not expecting any miracles just yet. peace

| | Unrecorded Date To Da Wize chic. First of all hon stop trying to make your self sound like some Julia Roberts lookalike, beuty contest winner of the year beuty queen. You are my sister, no offence man, oops soory woman, i respect you and all that. Let me tel ya girl, you don't need to go to the gym 4 times a week 2-3 hours, it's actually physically impossible because it will drain all your energy unless you live on steroids? And also do you not have a life or something, i mean 12 hours maximum in the gym a week man you must be in need of a social life. Girl let me tell ya i have a size 10 waist, a but proportional to my body but i still don't go to tha gym as long as that, i just jog round the park, about 6 miles a week. Man, i suggest you trim the fat of the meat you eat ans stick to a healthy diet. Me, i have a very healthy diet. Here are some of the foods i eat, i sugest you try some:- Steamed food such as vegetables, rice, chicken, meat, fish. Iceburg salad or lettuce with low fat salad cream, (avoid mayonaise as even low fat mayonaise can have a lot of fat). Low fat cheese. Butter or margarine made from sunflower or olive oil. I have to go now but you should try buying one of those low fat healthy cook books. Love ya loads people
