Vietnam: Bus, lorry collision kills 3, injures 11

(SomaliNet) A bus hit a lorry in Vietnam's central Ha Tinh province, killing three local people and seriously injuring 11 others, local newspaper Pioneer reported Friday.

The accident happened in Ky Anh district on Thursday when the 12-seated bus running in the north-south direction collided with the lorry in the opposite direction.

All of the victims were on the over-speeding bus. The accident's cause is under investigation. Vietnam reported 2,920 traffic accidents, which killed 2,619 people and injured 2,304 others in the first two months of this year.-Xinhua
