I hate those, "don't die before you lived" adverts about the cars killing ppl....I know its supposed to be a shock tactic, but its slightly traumatic, last time I was at the cinemas, there were four of those adverts in the space of 20 mins!

I could see Somalia functioning like the US, different states having their own laws, but federal ones as well.
