Well, one can train to read faster for the sake of reading faster, but how much of what they read can they retain? I even heard some techniques where you quickly scan through lines and not necessarily read the words one by one. What's the point of that? I mean, it might be fun for a competition or ...

Federalism is bad for a people who don't know what it is. Somali clans do not have set borders and have been migrating and integrating forever...a clan federal system makes no sense whatsoever and that's what federalism has been translated to in Somali. Do they not have an independent review and investigations commission in the US to deal with this? These things will continue to happen if no one is getting punished for abusing their power. Anyone with a gun including police officers are keen to use them, there has to be something there to stop them ...
