i usually fail to see the point of bodybuilding apart from for competitive lifting etc. it's usually dudes overcompensating for something.


Barring the steroid users, weight lifting is generally a healthy lifestyle. A lot of the natural bodybuilders eat food rich in nutrition such as Vegetables ...

there is no need for crazy muscle weight, that shit feels and looks nasty; i do a lot of cardio and less weights and it gives the exactly shape am after with lots of fitness.

I do agree with that unless your entering a strong man competition and make a living of it , I see no point in being that ridiculously big plus most of these ...

most have good genetics unless they're some deficient freak all u have to do is be intense in the gym and eat a lot then cut the fat in the summer
