Depends on your area.

East London pray jumaah salaat earlier than West London and West England pray it even later than West London.

You have to go pray it at the Masjid anyways, so arrive there for 1.pm and read qur'an until you hear the adhan or ask a brother. Oh and don't forget to pray 2 rakaats of Sunnah salaat when you enter the Masjid because that's what our beloved nabi sallahu alayhei wasalaam did.
