If telling the truth and pointing out the injustices that goes on in the Islamic world makes me an awful person than I don't know what to say. In fact, I don't necessarily detest Islam because my parents and family members happen to be Muslims. However, I do feel that Islam needs to be updated into the modern world.

Islam came to correct the evil, no place for this world things, and keep all the good things, while allowing the "Everyday life" things. If your idea of Islam not being "modern" is that its stopping you from doing things you want to do, then its obvious why you want Islam to change. If you find yourselve loving what Allah (SWT) forbids, then you need to do some soul searching and really think about where your heart is at, cuz thats not good. Then its not the Religion that needs to change, its you.

I would like to correct what seems to be a misunderstanding. Michael-Ital and Mad Mac are related in that they both have Mik-Mak native American ancestry. As far as I know Mac and I are not related, although we are both Deists.
