First of all what you have gotten is a picture with some added on caption. The picture itself does not signify anything because it shows a military clad Siad Barre in the same picture as as someone that is supposed to be Cigaal and Cabdullahi Ciise presumably in 1960.

How could a man who was the highest ranking military officer with the Somali colonial government, and who just 4 years later in 1964 was named the COMMANDER OF THE SOMALI ARMED FORCES with the rank of MAJOR GENERAL, the highest position in any armed force, be an "ilaalo". Only illiterate people who are intimidated by Siad Barre's legacy and history would make such a colossal gaffe and more than anything shows their illiteracy and from bush mentality.
